Could sing the praises of this specific frankie and bennys all day, best service (especially from Monica) always remembers exactly what we order and let’s us blether the ears off her every visit. The kind of service I like is friendly and willingness to chat and gets the orders right every time :) the rest of the gang is always welcoming. Then the chefs well foods always on point can’t fault a meal from there we always enjoy. So keep up the good work guys best F&Bs out and we have tried a few haha! ❤️❤️
I really enjoyed my meal here. The menu was more than enough for a lovely night. The staff were extremely helpful. Let us take a doggy bag home because of too much on plate at starters

We dined at Frankie and Benny’s near the McArthur Glen shopping outlet Livingston. First, I have to mention the lady who served our table - although I don’t know her name - as she has perfected customer service. We remembered her from the last time we were there a year ago because she was so good. She times everything perfectly - from taking our orders, serving our food, replenishing drinks - and what a memory she has for taking the orders (starters and mains for 5 and not a pen, paper or tablet was used - it takes me to remember what I want to order for myself!!!). She’s very friendly without being obtrusive. Oh! and of course the food, as always we certainly weren’t disappointed - all lovely and piping hot and certainly no complaints about the price. We always order everything to share between us and they automatically brought us individual plates as well as the plates of food we ordered, without having to ask - the lady serving really does pay attention to what we’re saying. So a special thank you to her from us.
A lot better than I remembered. Last few times it was terrible so hadn't been for about a year but really enjoyed my starter and meal and so did my daughter. They definitely have upped their game. Will be back.
This is my new favourite restaurant! Never been to Frankie and Benny’s before, this was my first time, got served by a sweet and bubbly personality (Andra I believe), service was great I felt very comfortable, and the food was even better. I got a bacon burger and cheese fries, delicious! Coming back soon!
Food is amazing and staff are warm and WELCOMING. Clean restaurant. Love coming here, fantastic service and is a favorite for all the family. Very highly recommend

Paid a visit to this establishment on Thursday night for a little get together with friends. The food was top notch and the service was excellent, especially the brown haired woman (Stacey, I think?)
Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be dining here again, 5/5 stars.
Been in Scotland for 2 weeks on holiday, and been here 3 times! Not something I usually do, but the friendly staff and lovely food made me return. I’m trying to eat healthy, even on holiday so opted for their salads. Fresh ingredients, and they served the dressing on the side, so I could have what I wanted. Great value for money.
Great food and a generally good environment. Staff are attentive, polite and efficient. Tables are clean and staff quick to clear and clean empty tables. Never seen a queue but most book in advance and this is advisable to avoid disappointment. Avoid table 1, this is attached to the entrance door (silly place for a table) the door slamming continuously when people enter and exit will drive you insane.
Last visit was for a small party of my daughters friends to celebrate my daughters birthday. The staff were really friendly and made sure our requirements on table makeup were meet perfectly, service was really efficient and the waitress was really good at fixing and price matching meals between the children and full menus saving us some money in the process. Food was good, hot and portion sizes were perfect for our party. The girls all enjoyed their visit and everything went as planned.
The food was delicious specially the pizza was soo tasty😍lovely place and the staff was very friendly and professional. Such a lovely dinner we had thank you so much😊

Frankie And Benny's hasn't always been at the front of mind when it comes to wanting to eat somewhere for breakfast... But it should be!
It's comparatively cheap to most cafes. it offers considerably more space and comfort. The food is fast and of good quality. And as always, the staff are friendly and attentive.
After recently visiting the new pancake breakfast bar in Livingston and being charged £48... (£10 an adult single pancake and £2 for every pancake thereafter....) To come here and feed the 4 of us for a fraction over £20 is fantastic. Will definitely not overlook F&B again.
Hopefully in the future they will reinstate the 2 for 1 promotion. But completely understandly during these times to suspend.
