Gorgeous food and lovely chilled vibe. You lose yourself and don't think of time passing while you're in there enjoying the amazing food. So flavoursome and I had four vegan dishes and there were still other vegan choices for next time. Very well catered for all food choices not just vegan. The Earl Grey Storm in a Teacup is the best earl grey I've ever tasted and made locally. Highly recommend.

Wow, what an awesome cafe, lovely music atmosphere people and food. We found this place by chance and had the mackerel salad after a hot trek up Mt Snowdon with our dog Skyler - we were all made very welcome and the food is lush

Exceptional food, fantastic coffee, and kind staff. Everything you could want from a vegan restaurant with non-vegan options too!! I had the roast beef special and it was great while my wife had the homemade soup and loaf. It’s tucked away on a cute street in town and the perfect place to recharge after hiking! Also, dogs are allowed inside.

I've been meaning to eat here for ages, and I'm so glad I finally did. The Buddha Bowl was one of the best salad bowls I've ever tasted, with so many incredible flavours that really brought a smile to my face. Staff were friendly, and the place has a nice atmosphere.

A little disappointed to find out Mafon is now fully vegan. Nothing against it but considering I ordered scrambled 'eggs' on toast and in fact it was tofu, I wasn't pleased. Nice friendly staff, good coffee and cake but maybe shouldnt be advertising eggs when in fact it's tofu especially considering the price.

We have been to this cafe so many times before lockdown and I can honestly say this is one of the best cafes in North Wales . Their vegan and vegetarian food is amazing and the staff are always willing to help and the customer service is second to none. The owner was even willing to get food in that they didn’t have ( custard ) to go with their amazing cakes. So if your ever in Llanberis go and search out this cafe ( you can’t miss it , it’s the busy one ) . It’s not just a cafe, it’s an experience you won’t want to miss . O it’s also dog friendly too . X

Slightly more expensive than other cafes in the area but well worth the extra due to the quality of the food and the very friendly and helpful staff. I've eaten here 3 times now. The vegan options are brilliant and very well thought out. Vegan cake too. Donated a guitar which is now sitting there for anyone to pick up and play. :-)

Have eaten here a number of times and the food and drink is always superb. The coffee is really excellent. Today I had the spicy tomato and lentil soup with freshly baked seeded roll. The staff are polite and helpful. I highly recommend Mafon as a great place to eat and drink.

Beautiful comfortable cozy space. Wonderful tasty quality food at a decent price. Wide variety of homemade cakes. GF and vegan well catered for. Friendly, enthusiastic competent staff make the whole experience reliably enjoyable. Oh and then there's the coffee....Totally on point every time!! Can't reccomend highly enough.
