Bistro Bach

Wonderful. Everything was wonderful. An independent eatery with a chef that cares about his ingredients and contours up a perfectly proportioned meal. Melt-in-the-mouth lamb, beef that fell apart at the thought of a knife coming close. Flavorsome food that you don't mind 'forking' out for. We enjoyed the smoked haddock and salmon fish cakes beautifully crispy exterior when cut open oozed a smokey aroma, the smooth paté with an equally smooth flavor followed by the tender beef and to-die-for lamb. Thank you for the attentive but not oppressive service. We'll return to try another flavorful meal asap.

Was in the Llandudno area for a long weekend with my wife and mother, booked Bistro Bach on the strength of past reviews and was not disappointed! I had booked dinner for 7:30pm but due to my mistake we turned up half an hour early. The restaurant were extremely accommodating, we were shown to our table and the staff went out of the their way to make sure we were served early, despite my error. The food was out of this world - the pate was to die for and the mains were perfectly cooked, the service was impeccable. Next time we're in the area we will definitely be booking again and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Bobby went out of his way to accommodate. Had a good sense of humour. Initially the place was fully reserved so left no space for us. Made some good recommendations. However, in the end we ended up coming back and were able to eat at this place. The food was of a good standard. Even though the 'Panna cotta' was not really that, it was still a pleasant dessert.

Arrived off the cuff for a quick pre theatre meal !! Blown away with the service , quality & produce I’m not going to go on but - large expense account luckily & I eat in very good restaurants all over the world - the best lamb I’ve ever eaten ( I’m 57) - the intensity of lamb flavour was difficult to comprehend !! Visit this place - it’s small & quiet but I suspect not for long Mick

Excellent excellent excellent food!!! Just wow. I went with my daughter, we had Leek and cheese tartlet and fishcakes to start followed by lamb and beef. All were simply delicious, we left not a scrap. Service and surroundings are unprentious, lovely warm welcome. We were made to feel like special guests. Thank you all at Bistro Bach.

Lovely styled bistro with a very smart modern look and atmosphere. The food was extremely tasty and a good selection on the drinks menu. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout the evening. Could not recommend this place enough. If anything, it’s underpriced! Will definitely be making a return here shortly.

Lovely food. I mean, really tasty food. It's not all massive portions and drink until you drown. This is just nice food nicely done. My smoked haddock chowder was lovely. My wife's Welsh rarebit was lovely with that yeast / beery / umami undertone going perfectly with provided apple chutney. A nice tasty lunch. 👍😋
