I visited your store today Monday the 3rd with my elderly Mother. I would like to commend the customer service. The lady who served us was lovely and so attentive. Needless to say my Mum left a very happy customer having purchased her dress.

Great store with lots of quality products at bargain prices. Lovely old department store with a fabulous gated list inside. Loved the cookery department. Unfortunately the mature lady who was serving was really grumpy! That's why I've knocked a star off.

This store is located towards the top end of Llandudno under the shops covered by a canopy. When you walk in it is surprising as there is menswear, home ware and ladies ware. Staff are always helpful and friendly. As you walk in the floor is mainly menswear which include brands such as Barbour, Gant
Great brands, even better when there is a sale. A charming place with great staff.
It's not huge for a department store, but it's perfectly formed and has lots of character. The old fashioned lift is like a trip down memory lane, and the tea rooms on the top floor was lovely and welcoming. I would say Clares is an establishment full of class

The staff are always so helpful in Clares! They go way above and beyond to help, even when they don't stock the item you want. Of course, they stock quite a lot I do want and their stock rotates well, so it's good to pop in often.

Great labels which you don’t see elsewhere.
I bought a First Avenue top which is fabulous quality - made in England too! Very reasonably priced.
My advice - buy clothing from stores like this. Buy items which will last and look good in years to come.
Great place to come if your looking for several brands of clothing.
Additionally, they are under one roof.

Excellent old-school department store located in a beautiful old building on the high street in Llandudno. Inside there's a lovely old lifft to take you up or down among the 3 floors. Kitchen equipment in the basement, men's clothing and bags/luggage etc. on the ground floor, and women's clothing up

My favourite shop! Staff are so friendly and helpful. The kitchen department is amazing but the whole shop oozes quality and professionalism. Well worth a visit for clothes, handbags or just a coffee.
