Great store with lots of quality products at bargain prices. Lovely old department store with a fabulous gated list inside. Loved the cookery department. Unfortunately the mature lady who was serving was really grumpy! That's why I've knocked a star off.

I visited your store today Monday the 3rd with my elderly Mother. I would like to commend the customer service. The lady who served us was lovely and so attentive. Needless to say my Mum left a very happy customer having purchased her dress.

This store is located towards the top end of Llandudno under the shops covered by a canopy. When you walk in it is surprising as there is menswear, home ware and ladies ware. Staff are always helpful and friendly. As you walk in the floor is mainly menswear which include brands such as Barbour, Gant, Regatta or Jack Wolfskin. Prices can be high on the more named brands which is comparable to any other stockist. However you pay for the quality. Sales are excellent and worth keeping an eye out for
