On my first visit today and I asked for a grab and go bunch, which was put together as I waited. Friendly customer service and a warm welcome from Megan and Harri!! I would highly recommend for all occasions. There is a gorgeous choice of flowers and colours.

Superb service arranging a special flower bouquet. Tended to all of my requests even though I was half way round the world. Highly recommend. The recipient was thrilled with the flowers.

I've visited the shop multiple times now, for shopping and for afternoon tea and I can't recommend it enough! Visited recently with my mother and grandmother and we had the absolute best time! Got taken care of so well with every little request and had a magical time and then left with the most beautiful bouquet I've ever seen! If you're questioning if you should treat yourself to flowers? Just do it! You won't be disappointed!

Superb service from start to finish. Natalya put together and managed to organise delivery of a beautiful bouquet of flower's to Manchester, these we're for my mothers birthday, they arrived in perfect condition and made my mother's day.

Needed a 12th Anniversary bouquet at very short notice. Natalyas pulled out all the stops and had it done in 30 minutes.

Lovely tea shop within a very interesting shop selling unusual home interior items. Natalya is helpful & friendly ( she is also a brilliant wedding organiser - arranged my niece's wedding in August)

Out shopping in Llandudno my friend and I came across Natalyas. Noticing that they did coffee we decided to give it a go. A warm welcome and lovely decor along with a nice coffee made for a pleasant stay.
