From the get go, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. This is a prime example of a dog friendly pup. They really are fantastic with dogs. They bought us over a bowl of water and gave our Bo lovely fusses. We didn’t want to leave! The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was excellent.
Been going to the Red Lion for a few years. But hadn’t revisited since the beginning of Covid.
Been back recently on two occasions for Sunday lunch as I now live a short distance away.
And yes, still the high standard all round. Delicious lunch, and always consistently tasty and filling. Well done 👍

Did not have food because I was unwell with the heat Beautiful pub .The bar staff were absolutely wonderful couldn't do enough for me checking all the time to make sure I was OK. They all polite a credit to the landlord nothings to much trouble. That's the ideal pub 100% atmosphere was
We visited this pub when we were looking to move to Wales just over a year ago, and have always intended to return.
It's just how we remembered it. Good food at a reasonable price, helpful and polite staff and a good atmosphere.
Beers not bad, too.

Attended a wedding reception, the staff were professional and attentive the quality and presentation of the food was excellent, shame we live in Gloucester would be my local if I lived in Llandybie.
