Such a nice chip shop with a great choice of foods� Can't believe how big the fish is, and the chips are so fresh and tasty. Everything cooked fresh to order with excellent service. Highly recommend ���

We called in at the Mermaid Fish Bar on our way to our holiday destination. We were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable prices but amazed at the size of the fish, they were huge! It was all freshly cooked and delicious. Highly recommended.

This is our absolute favourite fish n chips in the whole world! The chips are always properly cooked and not pasty white like is the case in most chippy's. They take mobile orders too. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing chippy, always lovely freshly cooked food especially the fish!! and reasonably priced.
Always a warm welcome from the owner and the staff everytime I call by.
Won't go anywhere else now a definite favourite with my family.

Great little place first time being there as we have no power but the fish was fantastic and chips well what can I say we will definitely be back best in the area a great little chippy

Best quality potatoes and excellent choice of additives to eat with the chips. I'll go out of my way to have dinner with Mel and the Girls great prices to feed your terrapins too !

Searcted Tte Goog for a fish and chip bar along our route. Found this place at 4.5stars and pages of reviews.
Small fish and chips deal £4.30.
Jumbo sausage in batter £1.60.
Chips actually cooked to perfection, an- anyone reading through few reviews will know that's an honour.
Fish cooked to order.
But the best was the jumbo sausage in batter because the batter was as ttick as my waistline.
Bravo Mermaid Fish Bar. I am smiling.
