We as a group of eight arrived without notice to be met with a very welcoming host who went out of his way to make our time there enjoyable and was patient with the young children in our group.

Went to this family run pub with a friendly atmosphere for an evening meal we walked in and everyone had a smile š I ate a double bacon cheeseburger as did my son, with chips and my friend had the scampi and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal would definitely come again.
Having been in lock down, this place has come to the rescue on more than one occasion. Beautifully prepared food ready for collection. Iād recommend the lasagne, great portions, great prices. And you have to have the Sunday roast!! Cannot wait for you guys to open 100% again soon.

We found this establishment purely by chance one afternoon while exploring our new surroundings, we were looking for places to eat in our local aera and booked a table for lunch. We have visited several times, and have not been dissappointed. New menu was sampled and steaks cooked to perfection. Reasonably priced, and after a starter and main we had no room for pudding.
Extremely good carvery. Apple and BlackBerry crumble great. Such big portions. Lovely and friendly staff.
Four of us went for a meal last weekend, having just moved to the area it was wonderful to find such a friendly pub with great food. We will be going back again and again!
