Delicious food at a very reasonable price and excellent service.
The staff were very helpful and alert, they cleared our plates for each course within minutes of us finishing and asked if we needed anything when passing.
Food was served within 20 minutes of arriving and was at the perfect temperature.
Lorraine at the Llanelli restaurant was delightful, she looked after us well, was very polite and had a good sense of humour.
Went using a Groupon offer, found the selection very good from the menu. Good service, didn't have to wait long either. Food was tasty, overall good venue.

Excellent and friendly service, we had a fantastic deal today also. Food was lovely and service was even better! The duty manager was excellent in responding to a small issue we had and service like this is to be commended. Superb effort F&B! Our 4 year old also loved the free slime and this kept her happy for the entire meal. First class all round.
Had a great experience the other day with Nicole as our waitress. She made an effort with my one and a half year old nephew which was lovely. Very friendly and attentive, and the food was also tasty and the service was quick. Never had a bad experience here and I’ve visited a few times, but this occasion particularly stood out because of Nicole.
Visited this evening 14.09.19 between 8.30-9.30. this was an impromptu visit, myself and my 7 year old daughter.
There was a warm welcoming atmosphere, greeted by a lovely gentleman who took us to our seats and brought us drinks, good with the small talk too as I'm generally awkward. Ordered a pizza with 2 garlic bread sides off the kids menu and an adults spaghetti Bolognese. Food came really quick, tasted really good and a nice portion size.
Our plates were cleared promptly and we ordered a kids vegan choc ice-cream and an adults chocolate waffle. Daughter wasn't keen on the ice-cream (said it tasted coconut) I thought it was nice, waffle was amazing. Massive portion size, best value for money on the dessert menu in my opinion.
Our waitress was attentive and engaged with my daughter which was really nice.
Will definitely be returning.

Pretty good, food is kind of uninspiring but I guess that is to be expected. They do have a fully vegan menu now and it's always nice to be included, plus I don't think many other chains go this far to be inclusive of veggies and vegans. I tried the vegan calzone, it was good but not amazing, probably because it lacked cheese. Service is always quite good and it's usually not super busy so it's a nice place to go for a casual family meal.
Booked through Tracey and explained our needs due to visiting with 6 children. Once we arrived we were taken to our table by Brandie who couldn’t do enough for us. We had the kids set menu and the after 5 set menu for adults, the meals were prompt, delicious and excellent value for money. We even had one of the pizzas replaced (very quickly) as one of the kids covered it with pepper! All in all a very nice experience and will have no hesitation in returning. Thank you Tracey and team.
Myself and my wife went for a Sunday evening meal and used the Groupon offer code. In fairness we have been to the Llanelli F&B in the past and not had the best service. However this time the service was spot on. We were served by a waitress called Nicole who did a great job, The food was very good and didn't take long to arrive at our table. Overall a very pleasant evening and we enjoyed the meal.
