Quick service. Nice coffee. I was able to order a decaffeinated coffee, with soya milk. Unfortunately, they only had one lactose-free/vegan option amongst their desserts/cakes, which wasn't to my liking.

The friendliest Starbucks staff I've encountered after visiting a LOT of shops. Really convenient location (except during rush hours) and would be 5 stars if there were more plug points for laptops.

Sat chatting with a friend for 2 hours here. Lovely cup of tea. Had wanted Matches tea, but had run out. That was a big disappointment.

Our family of 5 arrived at a really busy time, service was brilliant. Very speedy. All staff attentative without being obtrusive. If I'm in the area and wanna go get a coffee with my family. This is the place for me.

As most other Starbucks are. Not overly much seating in here. Can get busy in hot weather and at the weekends, but a nice place to chill after some retail therapy!

Really fantastic service from one amazing member of staff Ffion. She is an awesome barista and knows my favourite coffee and exactly how I like it before I say a word. I wish the other staff were more like her, she is brilliant! I had my usual made by another member of staff when Ffion was busy and it was awful, such a shame as it was over £4.00 so not cheap. I don't think I'll bother going if Ffion is not making the drinks. She deserves a medal....thanks Ffion 😊

Excellent service with a smile, does get busy at peak times but plenty of room to sit outside on a nice day.
