Maddocks Coffee House

I regularly visit here , when I want a treat and somewhere a little bit more special to meet friends for a catchup , and I am pleased to say I have never been disappointed.The interior decor is lovely , Beautiful attention to detail and stylish and cosy. You can tell the owners have taken real pride in making this so lovely .The food is always delicious, you can tell they use top quality ingredients and the presentation is very good. The prices are a little above average but the quality of the food , the attention to detail and the very special and uniqueness of this charming place are well worth it.

Oh my goodness - what a place! our friend took us today for afternoon tea as she enquired about gluten free- well I have never ever had such a wonderful tea -loads of choice put on the stand and sandwiches absolutely wonderful just can't praise it enough and the lady serving us was really really lovely and kind -just in shock that there is such a wonderful place nearby -we will definitely come again can't wait now and I won't have to make an excuse to come back 😁❤💜also love the relaxing atmosphere and decorations thank you so much I'm so excited you do Gluten free as I can't go out much because no-one much does it ! It was a present so don't know how much!

Visited on Saturday 23rd July 2022 and had an absolutely lovely lunch. The club sandwich, fries and coleslaw was so tasty and I even had to take half the sandwich home for lunch the next day as the portions were so big! Lovely friendly, helpful staff who, even though it was very busy, always had a smile for the customers. Will definitely visit again very soon!
