My favourite cafe to visit Fred, Sam and the whole team especially resident pooch Mel are so friendly and welcoming.
It's a great environment to meet friends, go alone or to catch up with work.
The food is top quality and so delicious, the cakes are divine.
You can also watch the rugby with a cheeky pint or two.

Fred has done an amazing job turning this place around. Some of the clients perhaps not always the friendliest but this is no reflection on this great little coffee shop. Great work.
Friendly, welcoming place with goood coffee. Had the T1 special for breakfast. It's a health conscious place (being connected to the gym) but that did not impact the taste. A touch drafty and cool, and without the couches and soft armchairs of a classic lounge, with more of an industrial feel. Children and dog friendly, just don't feed Mel! It's great food, service, parking and location means I'll be back.
I should really do some exercise when I'm down here but the coffee is so nice I can't leave the cafe!
Beautiful flavourful homemade food and are really happy to be helpful when you have a food intolerance. Great staff with a friendly service and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend a visit or two.
Had an unplanned first visit here, today. Wow.... we were really impressed at the quality of the food, and the friendliness of the staff. An added bonus was that they were so dog friendly. We shall be telling everyone about this gem of a place. Thank you.
Everytime both my son and I go down to the T1 Cafe Lounge, we are welcomed with such friendly staff, always ready for a friendly chat, no matter how busy they get. Nothing is too much for them and they always go above and beyond each and every-time we are there. The hot drinks are always excellent, the range of freshly baked cakes, with something to suit everyones cravings. The meals are always faultless and you can see the team prepare and cook your meal from your seat. We have had food to sit down and we have had the meal preparation to take away and they have just been perfect each and every-time.
My son pops in once a week after school with a couple of his friends and he says it’s like popping over to see family because the staff remember his favourite drinks and choices of snacks :) I honestly can not put into words how great this place is 🙌🏻

Attached to an up and coming gym, you can expect awesome customer service most certainly delivered with a smile and a warm welcome. A great menu... by an impressive chef!
