Fabulous Chinese take away. Freshly made and decent portions. Especially loved Sweet and Sour Chicken which had unusual citrus aroma. Possibly the best Chinese take away I ever had in the UK.

Ordered a take away over the phone on New Years Eve. The person taking my order was very friendly and the food was ready when they said it would be to collect (only 30 minutes)
All the food was hot and tasty- will definitely be ordering from here again.

We had a takeaway from here last night, despite the 1 star food hygiene rating on the door (the other Chinese was shut) so we thought we would try it. Very glad we did! The lady serving was lovely, there was probably a half an hour wait which we weren’t advised about but we just nipped next door for a drink- the food was delicious and well priced- would definitely recommend and would eat there again

Recommended by friends, the food was pretty decent. Despite arriving after the obligatory 15 minutes to collect the takeaway it was another 15 minute wait but nothing to worry me.
Having read one groups assassination of the place on TripAdvisor I was concerned but I'd ignore those reviews as this is a good takeaway.

Wonderful and great value for money Chinese had a £14 a head fixed menu with my partner food quality was good fantastic taste well presented and great value for money.

We had a 3 course set menus at the River Dragon on Saturday 5th June 2021. The food was excellent and the service was good. Also it was not expensive. A good meal out.

Delicious, plentiful and great value! We had takeaway menu for two people and I was amazed to collect it in a big box rather than usual carrier bag. We had delicious mixed starters, 2 soups, sweet and sour chicken, salt and pepper squid (really good), mixed vegetables and rice. Each portion was much bigger than I normally get in London and really hot/freshly cooked. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning.

A short stroll from the centre of Llangollen is this Chinese. It has a takeaway & a restaurant on the premises. Everything is freshly cooked to order and is delicious. We had a two course special, having soup & main each. With a drink it still only cost £20 for both of us. It might be worth paying a touch more and save on the washing up once in a while.

Really nice meal & very friendly staff. 6 of us arrived on a busy Saturday, without a reservation & were made to feel very welcome. All of us stated that it was the best Chinese meal we'd had in ages & definitely an asset to the town.
