Just wanted to say a big thank you to Will and his team for hosting all of our friends and family from all over the world who came to celebrate my late grandmother's life. The food was absolutely delicious and service from everyone working was fantastic.

Popped in today for a coffee. Had latte with a double shot. If like me you are very fussy about your coffee then this cafe should be at the top if your list. Life changing is a bit strong but definitely one of the best coffees I've ever had. Creamy smooth and full of flavour. Well done the Oak a cafe that cares about the quality of what they serve.

A fantastic cafe offering a great selection of vegan and vegetarian lunches. Hot and cold options. The spinach and feta tart was especially delicious and I forgot to take a photo before I started eating! Coffee and sticky ginger cake to finish. Very highly recommended.
Completed my visit with a purchase of some cheeses which we ate later. Very, very lovely experience all round.

Amazing accidental find! Vegetarian and vegan options were spectacular, but the outdoor seating and community garden in the back really made the experience even better - loved it all. Conveniently located near the EV charger in the Mount Lane car park. Especially great to find nice places to eat outdoors with Covid lingering...

The perfect lunch stop for vegetarians and vegans. We visited twice and still didn't manage to try all of the choices on the menu. Great menu with something for everybody. The staff were very accommodating for our group of 7, even though we arrived towards the end of lunchtime. Generous portions and good value for money. There was also outdoor seating in a beautiful garden at the back.

Six of us managed to call in just 10 minutes before closing time, however staff were very accommodating. We had a selection of cakes and cream teas which were delicious. Definitely worth a return visit

FABULOUS LAST MINUTE FIND
Discovered this lovely cafe by accident. The staff were wonderful & nothing was too much trouble even though it was getting near to closing time.
We really enjoyed our delicious Cream Tea in the back courtyard.
Would definitely recommend.

Wow! Absolutely amazing food here. Everything is home made and utterly delicious. Called here on the way to our holiday and will definitely stop on the way back
