Lovely breakfast roll, good coffee, great price ! Why anyone would pay for Costa or Tim Horton is beyond me ! Value and quality in Greggs beats all the bug chains hands down
If I could give 0 stars I would , hygiene is poor. Handling the bread with their bare hands after dealing with coins and notes I noticed they didn’t clean there hands once since being there within the 20 mins and then serving about 5 different orders with dirty hands.
This Greggs is by far the best in Swansea, everything there is fast paced, staff are friendly and have amazing customer service, really makes you feel at home there.

Love it! Especially the sausage rolls and steak bake. This branch does get extremely busy and sometimes you have to wait quite a while to be served, but the staff do their best and give great service. Definitely recommend for a pastry or a sandwich. The coffee is nice too.
