Went here for a meal yesterday, totally dissatisfied.
Salt and pepper loaded chicken fries had the most foul taste ever! Was all obviously frozen food, mozzarella sticks were so spicy I couldn’t eat them!
Very hostile feeling coming from staff also, definitely won’t be back!
got zinger loaded fries, to be honest tasted quite funky & bizzare. felt very ripped off with my meal. Mozzarella sticks were spicy? woman staff member was nice enough to give me dip for free but other than that very disappointed and not worth the money at all

I went into Shaks and politely asked for an ice cream, but to my shock the guy working there suddenly started kicking me out. He even called me nasty names and swore at me for no reason. Completely unprofessional and very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Went for a meal burger was undercooked and my chips had a spice flavour to it and some sort of orange tan on some parts wont be coming here again disappointed staff
