Unfortunately we were not able to do a Tour of the place because of the ferry/bus timetables, but we went to the Cafe and had some nice food and a couple drams instead. The food was great, lovely staff (they even checked up on our ferry before we left) and we were able to try some nice whisky, even without a tour.

Tour was fantastic. In-depth without being overwhelming. Our guide Pam was absolutely amazing and can't speak highly enough of her. Well worth the visit and the whisky was, somehow, even better than the tour!!

We had the best time here. Tour was interesting, whiskey was delicious and the staff were very friendly. (Tour guide Sarah did a great job despite feeling less than 100%). We had lunch at the cafe after and the sandwiches were lovely! Were very impressed at the value for money for the whole experience, we even got to keep our little glasses from the tour! It's a must-visit.

So interesting! Very well presented. Tasting session very well received. Bottles provided for the ‘drivers dram’ so they can be enjoyed by drivers once the car has been parked up for the night. Wonderful idea.

Have visited the distillery a number of times and would highly recommend a visit. Scenic surroundings, a very good cafe and the staff are always friendly. Booked a limited editions tasting on the day of the virtual festival, and had the chance to try some excellent whiskies

Had a lovely lunch in the casks cafe, toasties were lovely with a really nice fresh side salad. Husband had the Arran gold latte which he thoroughly enjoyed. Service was good too. We will definitely be back next time we visit beautiful Arran.

Absolutely fantastic limited edition tasting tour with Scott, who was brilliant at judging the level of tour for the group. Unusual start to the tour, in which Scott took us outside and explained a bit about Arran including the eagles to the north and a few other dits about the area and distillery. His personal insight into the islands and distillery was excellent - made me feel a bit sad for driving and not arranging alternative transport so I could have enjoyed the tasting! It was £25 in which seven drams were poured... I wish everyone poured drams like Scott... He is very generous! The shop is also excellent. Make sure you are ready to sink a couple of hundred into fabulous whisky. Would recommend Drummond Point and Fingal's Cut in particular.

Super friendly staff in the cafe, reception shop and tasting. Booked a taxi for after our visit and went out of their way to ensure I got a bottle of the whiskey I enjoyed the most. When I am back on Arran I look forward to the next visit.
