The other half says its the best fish and chips in and around the beccles area. Also loves the packaging which helps her eat outside by the river. Worth the trip from Beccles to Loddon for good food.

Excellent quality, cardboard packed to minimise sweating and hence soggy chips, we're lucky to have them. Friendly and courteous service, the best thing is to phone your order in and arrange a collection time.

First experience with this place, quite impressed, I'm on a gluten free diet which is available on request on Saturday, good sized portions fish & batter fried beautifully. Overall I was very impressed

I'm a frequent customer to this plaice. Pleasant staff, properly cooked chips, scampi, fishcakes et al, and the locally produced sausages are great. Only one thing - the whitefish portions are smaller than they were but they're still tasty.
