To manage people's expectations about the Caffe Nero toilets, they're permanently out of use. But there are loos in Clapham Junction station on the overbridge by platform 17.
It was convenient, as we were able to get a coffee and a snack, and somewhere to sit whilst waiting for our connecting train. The only downside is you felt as if you were sitting in a goldfish bowl because of a certain type people standing outside and gawping at the customers inside.
