Tim Hortons

This is my first visit to this branch. It like most of Tim’s locations, neat and the staff are very friendly, but unfortunately I noticed that they need more experience or training, today I tried to reload my Tim Card through the Tim App. by paying cash, the cashier couldn’t do this transaction then she told me “you can’t reload your Tim card by cash, you can reload your card by add the information of your Credit card or bank debit card in Tim App”. I told her “ I did this hundreds times in others locations”. Finally , I paid for my orders in cash

I absolutely am loving there sandwiches as they are made Fresh and taste like no other place. The chili is another highly recommended suggestion as you can get a Regular sized bowl or A Larger size bowl for the hungrier ones. Their Donuts are fresh and tasty, yet I Just wish they would that they would bring back the Walnut Crunch or the Orange Crunch donuts. As they were my absolute favorites!!!!! I am much happier with the fact that this donut shop has included a rewsrds card to their Roster.

This Tim Hortons branch is very clean and looks newer than others in London. They have a couple of different donuts that I don't see in other stores. Like a donut called Long John. It was creamy and very delicious. Staff and cashiers are very respectful, polite and welcoming. I go there because of their hospitality and professional manner towards customers. I got two salted caramel IceCaps and a Long John donut. Thanks

Just came in for a donut, ordered a Boston Cream & some special donut, there was 1 Boston Cream left as it was almost 10 & the employee dropped it. Her reaction was amazing, I didn't even understand what happened at first. I could tell she felt bad & said I can pick anything else to replace it. I got a vanilla dip, though even after I got what I paid for she offered something else for free in which I declined. Yeah, she might have dropped a donut though she handled the situation with not only perfection though emotion & was sincere. I've got to respect a business with caring employees & it was a total accident, & they happen sometimes. I'm glad I came tonight because I got top of the line customer service.
