We stopped for fish and chips and they did not disappoint! The servers were so friendly and did a great job. Had fun playing pool and passing some time here.

Nice English pub, clean and tidy and the food is excellent. Highly recommended. Thanks Werner for the wonderful service too!

I was looking for a good local's foodie stop after a long day of wrangling disrupted trains and busses to reach The Imperial War Musuem. Prince of Wales is only a short few blocks down the street, so no need to hop on a bus. Just stop in and find a spot. We were happy to have one of the tables outside on the sidewalk. There was no wait to have our orders taken, and it seemed our supper arrived in the blink of an eye. It was super fast. I had the Sunday Roast beef, while my friend had the Sunday Roast lamb. Everything was just right. I admit I don't understand why there's two potatoes (mashed and roasted) served, but both were really good. Plate also included cauliflower, steamed cabbage, peas, carrots, gravy, and a yorkshire. Price was good too; paid £47 for the two meals plus two beverages. I couldn't have asked for a better a Sunday roast.
