One of my favourite places to eat in West Hampstead - both as a dinner venue and for brunch. The food is very unique, as a combination of Korean and French styles but every dish I have had has been amazing. My favourite, obviously, the Korean fried chicken. Service is very good, the restaurant is quite small but they make you feel welcome and comfortable.
Great spot for a reasonably priced but elegant meal.

An absolutely brilliant place, and a great addition to the local area - it blends Korean flavours with French style and finesse in excellent fashion, with really friendly service.

The 'deconstructed kimchi' is fantastic, an unusual twist on the usual layers of cabbage and spicy sauce, instead drizzling the sauce over a steamed (?) whole head of cabbage - much, much, tastier than I can describe it. The Mandu steamed dumplings are good, as was the (raw) swordfish salad (no longer on the menu it seems).

The pork belly main has classic French style, with brilliant zingy/spicy Korean style sauce. The poussin was good too, but not quite as good as the pork. The sea bass was great, with crispy skin and served with delicious mushrooms.

Oh, and the bread is great too, a tad pricey, but worth it. It comes with a spicy balsamic dip.

Some mains come with sufficient veg, some don't, so make sure you order sides if necessary.

And definitely book ahead!

This restaurant serves popular European dishes with a Korean twist. I have now eaten my way through their entire menu (several times over) and haven’t had a single bad meal.

No visit is complete without an order of Mandu (steamed pork & glass noodle dumpling, rocket, balsamic), £6. This dish is as Asian as they come, with the rocket and balsamic hesitant European sidekicks to the dumplings, the delicious stars of the dish.

Their version of arancini swaps the traditional filling for kimchee flavoured rice with mozzarella and served with gochujang dressing, £5.5.

Another favourite is the Italian cheese appetizer with honey and a spicy Korean sauce, £5. I’ve had this with mozzarella, burrata, and most recently with pecorino cream cheese – all luscious, moreish and so very clever!

Fresh on the menu is a Smoked Sword Fish, £6, with fish chunks that come wrapped in gem lettuce, drenched in a zingy wasabi & lime dressing and shiso. Then there is a butter roasted “Kimchee”, £5. One could spend the entire meal just on their appetizers, as I often do.

On the rare occasion I order a main it is always the pork belly in Korean BBQ jus (£13.5). Chefy terms aside, this is one of the best preparations of pork I have ever had the joy of tasting. If I was one to make lists this would be on my London top 10 without any hesitation.

Lovely authentic Korean restaurant where the food is barbecued on your table. The staff were super friendly, polite and made you feel very welcome. It was a really cool concept of cooking meat on your table with a built in cooker, but the member of staff will cook for you to make sure it’s done to perfection. There is also food you can order made by the chef. All very tasty and satisfying. Overall a great experience and worth every penny.

A petit Korean restaurant near West Hampstead station. The food was very good, the beef in the bulgogi bento was nicely marinated and grilled to perfection. The seafood pancakes were tasty, but it felt more like a pancake and I wished that there were more seafood. The seafood noodles were very delicious and spicy, however the noodles were a bit soggy when it arrived to our table. Overall still a very descent dining experience but could have been a bit better.

Excellent Korean food. Friendly and very fast service. Good selection of Korean specialities and very tasty dishes. Mapo tofu and Korean pancake are must try! Only downside is the BBQ meat was left on the grill for a bit too long in our opinion.

Lovely restaurant conveniently located near West Hampstead station. Food was delicious. We had a series of BBQ dishes that were perfectly cooked at the table by the wonderful staff. A side of the fried chicken and a bottle of soju completed an excellent meal. This is not a cheap meal but worth every penny.

This is a really good place! The price is reasonable and the food quality is good, the restaurant is really cute and the staff are so nice!! We ordered beef bibimbap, kimchi rice balls, fried chicken, beef tartare and the soy sauce chicken with glass noodles. We realised it was way too much for 2 people! The bibimbap and noodle dish were plenty for a portion each. The bibimbap and noodle were great as well as the fried chicken - very tasty! The only thing that Was a bit underwhelming was the beef tartare, but all in all really good. Would very much recommend this place for a great meal, we’re definitely going back.

A cute little Korean restaurant that serves decent food. My favourite dish was certainly the Japchae - my must-have Korean dish. I just love the texture and taste of the glass noodles. Their Japchae didn't taste overly greasy like many other Korean restaurants. Next was the kimchi fried rice. It had a good taste, though I didn't like the fact that it had chilli seeds in it. Also, I forgot to order the cheesy version so it's not as good as I expected. The kimchi pancake was nice and crispy. Not my usual choice of pancake (seafood) but it didn't disappoint. The pancake on its own was flavoursome and salty enough so there's really no need to dip it in the soy sauce on the side. Finally, the Korean fried chicken was probably the most mediocre dish of all. It had slightly too much batter and the sweet chilli sauce just wasn't spicy enough. However, some larger pieces of chicken were quite juicy - good texture. When we visited yesterday, the restaurant was pretty quiet so it was nice that we could choose where to sit. The service was quick but not the friendliest. I like their paperless menu, accessed through a QR code. Their drinks (Korean style cocktails) were lovely too.

Cute little restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food and drinks. Got the Gochujang fried chicken, Soy garlic fried chicken, and the kimchi fried rice. All of it was sooo yum! We also got the So-yuza cocktail and it tasted lovely and pairs perfectly with the fried chicken. Would definitely get again and recommend!

The food is very good and the quality is excellent, I really loved the bibimbap . The location is nothing special, it's ok. Just the portions in my opinion are smaller compared to all the other Korean restaurants I have been to.

Absolutely lovely restaurant with very friendly staff and great food. Especially the korean fried chicken,, best I've ever eaten!!!!! The BBQ was a great experience as well, as everyone can grill their food when they want to and take time between talking without risking the food gets cold because you grill little at once and end up having always warm and fresh made food for the next bite. The sauces and portions have just the perfect sice and the prices are honest. One of my favourite restaurants in West Hampstead.

This place is my absolute favourite in West Hampstead. The burrata has ruined me as I can't eat burratas in any other restaurant. How could they possibly compare to the delectable drizzle of yuza honey over this molten ball of creamy delicate goodness? The ribeye steak is perfectly cooked and the pomme puree aka mashed potatoes (i don't even want to know about how much butter goes into this) is so smooth and surprisingly elevates the dish. It's served in a delicious pool of bulgogi jus which pairs well with the mash. If you're going for dessert then the small brownie (at £1 or £2 a pop that's reasonable - can't remember the exact cost) is unique. Although if there's black sesame ice-cream on the menu, nothing else will do for me. Excellent service with staff who patiently explain the menu and specials. The atmosphere is perfect for a date or quiet dinner with family and friends. Book ahead as sometimes it does get really busy.
