Food here is really great. Combinations of flavours is inspired and the wagyu beef is melt in the mouth. Not cheap but you don't expect it to be for the best and this is.

I thought the sushi was fantastic here and really well presented. The seaweed salad was the best I've had too. It's only not five stars as the bill didn't seem to add up! A good few quid more than i would've expected

We were recommended by a friend and the truth is that we are more than delighted. Great restaurant for sushi lovers! If you are close you cannot stop the visit and leave open to this great experience palate. The place is cozy, super nice people cheerful staff attentive, but the food inexplicable in terms of freshness and quality of food. We strongly recommend it.

Although the place is not easy to find, the sushi was extremely good and at a very reasonable price.

The restaurant is not your usual sushi place. There is rock music and the owner also has a rock appearance.

One can see that the sushi are prepared with great care. They not only look good but also taste extremely good.

Would definitely recommend!

Basically this place is so good I don't want to tell you about it in case it gets too busy. If you like Japanese food, polite service, authentic ingredients, and the Izakaya culture, then this is the only place to visit in London.

This has to be one of the smallest restaurants I've ever visited, with just one sushi chef and one waiter, and just twelve seats. It's an amazing place though: very intimate and extremely good food. It's worth noting that this place doesn't take walk-ins; you need to make a booking, and it's not going to be suitable for large groups. We were initially unsure of the place because we received a call to ask if we could reschedule; the restaurant didn't have many bookings for our chosen evening and I think they wanted to move us to another evening, but thankfully they agreed to keep our booking because we were only in town for one evening. The level of service is amazing because our waiter was able to take us through the entire menu, explaining what each thing is and whether it's an appropriate choice. There's a nice selection of Asian beers and some soft drinks as well. Food is beautifully presented and it tasted amazing. I've eaten a lot of sushi but I'd be hard pressed to find better than this. Fish is some of the usual things like salmon and tuna, but also some unusual fish, including special items that won't be found anywhere else. The combinations on offer are really innovative, like smoked salmon, cheese, and passion fruit. There's a huge range for such a small place, as well. Considering that usually, to get sushi of this quality, presented in such a nice setting, would set you back a fair amount, this restaurant has really well priced food. We left the place quite full of delicious seafood and it didn't empty our wallets at all. In particular, the wasabi is made fresh from the root, and not from a powder or paste common at other places. Our waiter was good enough to point out which items on the menu could be changed to accommodate food allergies, and even some special soy sauce is available. This place is a real one-of-a-kind gem and we left absolutely delighted that we had taken the chance on it. I will definitely look to return if I'm ever in the area again.

Tiny sushi restaurant with only 12 seats. Amazing personal service with Igor the owner will love to tell you everything about the history of the place and the dishes. As the location is out of London the prices are bearable however slightly expensive. Nonetheless they are worth for the quality and amazing taste you get.To have a proper dinner for 2 expect to spent approx. £100 including drinks. Overall if you around the area it's definitely worth it.

This is truly a hidden gem. The quality of some of the fish I had here was truly exquisite and some of the best tasting sushi I have ever had. The staff are friendly and keen to help guide you in your choice. Be aware the lunch menu is sometimes very limited and the evenings are usually reservation only.

I rated this place 5 stars on the night and just adding my reason now.... It was simply the best sushi I have had in the UK in the USA (sorry haven't been Japan yet). The black cod is simple exquisite with no bombardment of flavour that some restaurants feel they need to produce. The simple great ingredient speak for themselves. The guys who owns this place and is really cool and will tell you anything about the food you might be interested. This is a really small place so hard to get a reservation and some people have said in their review it is distracting that there is rock music. But I think that is great as it is a real unique restaurant and the owner is still simply there to show case his food and the back rock music isn't laud anyway....our baby actually loved it :-) A great little restaurant

Fantastic service, amazing food such a brilliant evening! My husband and I came for dinner. We had such a wonderful time. All of the food we ate including the smoked salmon, eel, gyoza and kamapatchi were out of this world. We loved the dry sparkling sake that went so well with all of the food. The waiter we had was so helpful, friendly and attentive he made our evening special.

This place is a little gem, and when I say little, I really mean it. It has just six tables in total, it's a really cozy restaurant, but it's done on purpose because there's only one cook preparing all dishes. The place, as you can guess by the name, is rock'n'roll themed, with some really cool and traditional rock songs played in the background. The volume is kept quite low, so it doesn't disturb and it's enjoyable. The two guys taking the orders are really friendly and welcoming, nonetheless very prepared in terms of sushi, and they will guide through the menu before ordering. The food is absolutely outstanding, one of the best sushi I have ever had. The quality of the ingredients is superb, and they have some peculiarities, like the real Wasabi grated from the original plant, or the Kampachi. My top pick is the smoked salmon sushi, with the salmon being smoked directly by them. It's a little pricey, but it's definitely worth it. This is a top quality restaurant and would highly recommend it.

We booked to come back before we even left! Igor is a fantastic host and knows so much about sushi, rock n roll and Japanese food - as do his team. Honestly couldn't fault anything. Best sushi I've ever eaten

The best sushi in London hands down and some of the best sushi I’ve had outside of Japan. Excellent service and craftsmanship as well. Hate writing a review because we want to keep it a secret!
