Third time eating here and second time with a Travelzoo voucher making it £30 for a 3 course meal and a cocktail (up to the value of £10). Discounts aside the food and service here is excellent and rivals most restaurants my wife and I have been to globally. There must only be about 10 or so tables in the restaurant which gives it a lovely intimate feel. The beef dishes are superb. You will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea and would especially recommend the £13 children's tea which was excellent value. Our daughter is 2.5 years old and had a wonderful time with banana sandwiches and a crisp buttie! She was given a little goodie bag upon arrival with things to do and she also enjoyed smelling the teas. We were made to feel very comfortable having her with us and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Our adult food was delicious too and very good value for money, with a complementary pimms cocktail. Compared to other hotels, I would say that this tea is better value than in other, more prestigious places.

I went here with my family members and this was one great experience. We had a lovely time there. Staff welcomed us nicely and they were attentive throughout the meals. Menu was great and we all love our food items. The best I had, was seared tuna and trio of lamb. Both were just amazing. The best thing was the desserts. My cheese cake was to die for, lovely. I can blindly recommend this place.

Lovely atmosphere and a lovely selection of food. The staff was very friendly and helped with everything I needed. I went for a birthday and they brought a little something out with the dessert which was lovely, but if your not a fan of that kind of thing I wouldn't mention it. The cakes were lovely but the sandwiches a little dry which is stopping it from 5 stars.

I went here with my girlfriend for a special occasion. Definitely worth the money given how much food and tea they give you! They come round and offer seconds so make sure not to fill yourself up on the sandwiches.
