Goodman Mayfair

This place was magical! Came here for our last night of our honeymoon and was very impressed! The steak was delicious, I haven’t had a steak that good in a very long time. The steak was cooked to perfection and all the side dishes were amazing as well The service from the staff who greeted us and the waitress was unmatched! They were very welcoming and friendly, best service we’ve had from any restaurant by far! I highly reccomend this place to anyone who loves a good steak or a nice cozy place for a dinner. Fantastic atmosphere! Thanks to everyone at Goodman Mayfair for making our night very special :)

I’ve been to Goodman City and here, Mayfair, on my events like graduation and birthdays. This was my first time having it as a takeaway since my mum is ill and cant really get out of her bed. She wanted a good steak for her birthday and first restaurant that popped up in my head was here. First, every steaks, sides and sauces were really amazing. My mum normally only has two or three spoons and stop but she emptied the whole plate this time. The hospitality here has been always good with the knowledge of steaks from servers so always makes me feel taken care of. Today, I got emotional when the lady with glasses who took my order and listened to my story (I’m sorry I forgot to ask her name..) went extra mile to make my day. I will definitely visit again on my next celebration day and hope to see her again, Thank you so much

This really was 'good man' 🥩 From the moment we sat down, to the moment we left, we were served with outstanding customer service, steak knowledge & delicious food! To begin with, we had an espresso Martini, which was the best I've ever had. Strong & flavourful. Starters** We had the oysters. This was the only thing I didn't really like. We like oysters fresh and flavourful. But these had a lime dressing, which I felt overpowered the oyster. They were also quite small. (We are huge oysters fans) We also had the scallops, which were cooked perfectly and went down nicely with the silky smooth squash purree & pine nut butter sauce. Mains** There were numerous steaks to choose from, which made it difficult to choose, so we decided to go for 2 different and share. Which was a great idea. They came sliced, ready to eat and cooked perfectly (medium rare). Sides** We had truffle chips, which were huge and fluffy with a generous helping of Truffle. Side Salad, which had lovely big shavings of parmeasan & mushrooms (the sides are huge and well worth getting a couple to share) As we were there for my 30th birthday, they also bought out a delicious cheesecake to say happy birthday 🍰 Well worth a visit!

Another Goodman location that did not disappoint. I have been a frequent visitor at their Canary Wharf steakhouse and had a 10 out of 10 dining experience every time. Here at Maddox Street, you will find Goodman’s trademark dark wood and leather interior, cosy and comfortable seating, plus all their delicious menu staples - scallops, truffle cheese, mac and cheese, and of course, their huge choice of quality beef cuts. Our server was very knowledgeable and could speak for hours about the meat choices, qualities etc. Impressive. You can’t go wrong with a tasty, juicy, marbled, and perfectly grilled ribeye steak. Add a bottle of quality red and great company; you have something to remember for years. 10 out of 10!!!

It is the second time I come here, first experience was with my family straight from Spain, where the meat is unique and they had an unforgettable experience. Today at my second experience I would like to thank Marta for her amazing care and dedication about the meat explanation. If you love meats, come here and you can also argue about them and find out something that will surprise you as me today. In house out of menu cuts are just amazing, wine selection has been incredible and Marcos, I think he is one of the somms have done a surprising work to paire my food with it. Its my third time at goodmans, I would choose this one beforehand Canary Wharf, but both of them are just amazing! All the best and hope this stays for longer! Recommended to anyone looking for good meats wine and experience with their sharers and couples

Amazing restaurant, steak was roasted to perfection! It was so tasty but also tender. Service was great, they explained all the cuts and meat origin and flavour and we also got recommendations for wine that goes well with our chosen steak from the sommelier. The selection of wines is quite extensive.
