The Pompidou Cafe

Would definitely come here every time I visit Kings Cross! A few minutes walk to this place from KX train station. The food were spot on and the latte were perfect! I had the Big Breakfast and it was just amazing! Fantastic staff and very friendly and easy to understand as I am Deaf. a lot of choices in the menu and fresh food on display and can also order lunch takeaways. 5 stars!

Arrived at busy time but was immediately seated and served. Enormous jacket potato with generous filling AND side salad only £5.00 - couldn't manage to eat all the potato. Single espresso (£1.60) also great - the cup had been heated, hurrah! I'm from Edinburgh and very much doubt I could find an equivalent good deal. The staff were friendly in a natural way and coped with a very busy take out lunch service as well as full tables with no fuss or drama. It is right next to Kings Cross station so perfect for the traveller. I'll be back!

My favourite place to get breakfast when in London. Friendly staff, nice food and reasonable prices. The fact that they greet you when you get there and even remember your name makes a huge difference. On top of that, there's many different options food wise to get breakfast, brunch or lunch with fresh products. Recommended if you are in the King's Cross area and fancy a yummy bite to eat in a cosy, friendly and welcoming environment.
