Really cool spot (small so you might wait to sit) and the staff are incredibly kind and love their work. Coffee and food are good too! The pistachio latte is awesome and the sandwiches are so yummy. I’ll be back.

Small but very unique touristy spot to check out. The halloumi and avocado roll was to die for! Salty, spicy, sweet, and creamy. The cold brew was also on point. I highly recommend this stop on your way to the John Snow water pump.

My friends and I went right after open in order to snag some seating for breakfast. I had a bacon roll with brown sauce and a mocha that was excellent. Having breakfast and coffee in a victorian toilet was pretty interesting and something I don't think I will soon forget. The staff was great and the service was speedy.

I love this place. The setting is unique, but it's not a gimmick. The quality of the coffee is truly excellent. And the staff is lovely. Roman will explain all kinds of things to you about their coffee if you listen. Well worth a visit!

Great quirky little coffee shop!
Definitely geeked out on how they managed to restore and convert this Victorian public restroom into a coffee bar.
They offered a wide array of food and drink choices. Always going to be a lover of their fresh mint tea! Definitely going to frequent this café if I am around the neighbourhood.
The staff were so lovely and the premises were kept tidy and clean. Great location and easy to spot too!

This coffee shop has its appeal and charm, that's for sure. Food was good and the service, excellent. Loved it. I'm definitely coming back. Best times: right after opening or before closing time. Otherwise you'll have to wait in line.

An amazing cafe in a repurposed public toilet. The coffee and food are wonderful. Staff are friendly. It is a very love and quirky cafe. In Hong Kong, there is similar 100 year old public toilet but I can never image a public toilet becomes a cafe.

Overall is good. Salt beef bagel is pretty good! It’s so tender and meaty! Latte is also good, it is more roasting scent with stronger flavour.
There are not many seats so it may need to queue a little bit.

What fantastic, quirky hidden gem in Central London. You have to go, for the experience and the coffee. We didn't eat, but did see the food other customers received and it looks amazing. The coffee was one if the best cups of coffee I have drunk in a while and the prices won't break the bank. It's definitely somewhere we will visit again and again when in London.

It’s an experience - the interior is so cool, the coffee is super tasty and the croissants are a must.
We got the croissant with tomatoes and cheese and added avocado (for me) and bacon (my friend) - see the pics.
Such a great place and so unusual too.
A must-see.
