We had an outstanding experience at Zuma. The customer service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was fantastic. We explored a variety of dishes from the menu, and I highly recommend the skewers and rolls. Although we were excited to try the signature black cod, it unfortunately fell short of our expectations and was a bit overrated.

This restaurant is too expensive, there are no two ways about it. That being said some of the dishes we ate here were up there with the tastiest dishes I have eaten in London notably the scallops, black cod and wagyu tomahawk was so very good. The fried bits were all very good, the soft shell crab stood out in particular and the tomato, aubergine and miso salad was delicious given how simple it was. We had a nice aromatic Riesling which worked well with most of the dishes. I would stay away from the sushi though, nothing wrong with it just nothing special either. My only gripe was that the service could have been a bit slicker, again nothing bad but some dishes came out randomly when we asked them to come with other dishes and it felt like they were quite rushed when things got busy. For that price it should be right!

Genuinely one of the most phenomenal dining experiences I have had in London to date! Would happily return again and explore more of their menu!

My Review is more for VEGETARIANS: The starters are excellent - the salad, the tofu & avocado, the Spinach & sesamè, the spicy edemame.. they even customized a sushi for us.m the Mains are also nice.. but starters are definitely much better. The problem is that some of the things like Veg Tempura / Potatoes/ sweetcorn - are made in oils used for making non-veg, or have something to do with fish.. I wish they made pure vegetarian options for these. Otherwise all good.. Love the ambience and the service. Very nice seating and atmosphere. The location on google maps was incorrect, which I have now corrected.

Used to be much better, sushi rolls were good, food of the grill was nice too, but everything had higher standards before, which is a shame. Service has gone down hill. Rude staff Will I go again: Yes Food: 7/10 Service: 6/10 Value for money: 6/10 ( keeping in mind the location and competition ) Price : £500 for two

If you really want to treat yourself to some great Japanese food, this is the spot to do it! The food quality is excellent and rich with some awesome flavours. The black cod is truly excellent! They get really busy during lunch so make sure to have a reservation or arrive early enough to avoid the rush. The staff are friendly and helpful. They get a little overwhelmed when there’s a lot of people in the restaurant.

Food is a top notch here, tasty, fresh and well served. The service is outstanding with staff being very polite and attentive. The only drawback of this place is the ‘girls’ hitting at rich men at the bar, and this is extremely obvious. Maybe management shall pay their attention to this. Overall, nice night out place.

Very nice experience with some work colleagues. The waiters and staff were very friends and especially attentive. The sake and dishes were harmonically prepared accompanied by home technoish music. If you have some money to spend it is a great place to go

Really enjoyed this fresh seafood, my one thing which might come down to personal taste was the blackened cod was far to fishy, I feel it was from frozen hence the fishy taste. Everything else was amazing, loved the freshness of the ceviche and the feed me menu was great value. It almost felt like a night club later in the night when we were leaving, might not be some peoples thing.

We ordered the Premium tasting menu, and everything was delicious! Each menu cost £160, which was quite steep but worth it for our anniversary. It was an abundance of food, and each dish was exceptionally special. Our favorite dish was the wagyu with truffle. We also ordered cocktails, and they were also fantastic. The place is nice and has a good atmosphere. Everything is very aesthetically pleasing and clean. The attentiveness of the waiters is excellent. They always had great recommendations and provided attentive service throughout the meal. It is definitely worth going for special occasions. One thing we found disagreeable was the tipping policy. They automatically included a 15% tip (we agree with this), and after paying it, they asked if we wanted to add an additional tip. We ended up giving another 15% (we do not agree with this)... but apart from that, I would rate it 4 stars.
