In the heart of Borough Market, you find the best/genuine Italian Gelatos made in house by friendly staff. Unless you have this, your quest for a Gelato is incomplete.
I scream. You scream. Everybody gets the point. And the point is not so long ago decent ice cream was in short supply on the London street. These days? No need to raise your voice – there’s plenty of top quality frozen treats to go round. Among the best is Gelataria 3Bis – a Borough Market shop celebrating its five-year anniversary.
Creamy, mouth-watering, delicious ice cream! The only unfortunate thing is that flavours run out incredibly fast (especially during the weekend). I'm particularly obsessed with their mango flavour which wasn't available on my most recent visit so I settled for raspberry, strawberry & cookie. The cookie is divine & I definitely recommend taking a trip to Gelateria 3Bis for a scoop or in my case, 3!
Great ice creams, good coffee as well as hot chocolate in the winter, one of the rare places in Borough Market which allows small, well behaved dogs in. Friendly staff.
Wow! Gelateria 3BIS is a great spot for some amazing Italian gelato and desserts! They have so many ice-cream flavours to choose from, which makes it a perfect treat for a hot summer day. When I went, I couldn't resist trying a cone with three flavours - mint choc chip, cookies, and salted caramel.
Just a heads up, it might get pretty busy during peak hours, but I promise you, the long queues are definitely worth the wait!
Great place with just the right amount of variety for the whole group. They are definitely Large Group verified! This place was quick to get 20 people through the line and got us all of our orders within the minute or two of ordering.
I would recommend this place for the location being near the London Bridge and Borough Market.
I got the Oreo milkshake and it’s was great! The strawberry gelato was a fan favorite making our group!

The ice cream was not too sweet and full of flavour, just like I love it. The staff was friendly and helped to choose the right flavours for me.

Be prepared to wait in line during busy times. We queued for about 10 minutes on Saturday afternoon.
Since being diagnosed with SIBO, I have been put on a very restricted diet. The low fodmap diet and so it has been very hard to go out and eat as lot of places say they can't accommodate it. You either find gluten free only products or dairy free not both. I am a massive foodie and especially dessert so I have been really missing dessert. Most dessert places only offer sorbet as their dairy free product! I was so excited to find this place and to hear they have more than one flavour that I could have! I had chocolate ice cream after being on this diet for nearly 2 months and it was very satisfying not having an upset stomach after it. And the taste is wow you can't even tell there's no dairy in the ice cream! Highly recommend! It's in a perfect location, there are limited seating but being in Borough Market its nice to take your ice cream and explore while it's still summer!
Some of the best gelato I have ever had! Brought a group of 20 and they were able to accommodate us well! Super fast and super good. I highly recommend the Oreo gelato and the raspberry sorbet!

its super creamy and tastes like the gelato I had in Italy! the cherry flavor combined with a scoop of pistachio is just 💖
they let you sample too which is nice. I just got a bit confused because you purchase the size you want (for example, a cone with two scoops) before sampling and choosing your flavors.
A nice gelateria with a range of flavours to pamper yourself with. The queues can be quite annoying, but it’s definitely worth the wait. On a sunny afternoon, it can be worthy to consider this place compared to the over crowded spots within the borough market.
My favourite combo was Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate.
Omg! The BEST coconut ice cream I've ever had! Super recommend! My daughter loved the strawberry flavour with the sprinkles cone. Worth the long queue.
Deeelicious gelato and sorbet! Worth the queue, even in the summer heat!
I had the mango sorbet and coconut gelato. Both were so full of rich natural fruit flavour, and not too sweet. The little biscuit on top was perfect and buttery too.
I will be back!!
Really good vegan options. I had a very creamy soy pistachio scoop and then a very rich dark chocolate one. Not artificial tasting, watery or sickly sweet like many dairy free ice creams. Will definitely go back!
