Lovely little restaurant at the quieter end of Islington. The food was beautiful and the presentation was of the level you expect in Michelin- starred restaurants. The smoked halibut in particular was excellent.
Even the house red was a very lovely Primitivo at a very reasonable price. Service was very friendly and attentive.
The 2 or 3 course set menu is fantastic value.

On vacation from the u.s. and searched for a long time to find a perfect anniversary dinner for our one year wedding celebration, and this was IT. The atmosphere was beautiful and inviting, wine list was seemingly endless, amazing starters, and exceptional main dishes. The flavors were a perfect combination of warm and cozy & light and refreshing. 5 stars all around. Brilliant. Cheers!

The dining experience was exceptional, particularly due to the exquisite scallop carpaccio and the delicious skate wing. The wine selection was impressive, and the service provided was flawless. I’m definitely planning to return without a doubt.

I’ve had one of the best dining experiences at this place! Starting from an amazing service by the staff, where they served us complimentary drinks due to celebrating a special occasion and went over and above to adjust the drinks offered according to our preferences. The food was really fresh and different, they do offer something not easily found elsewhere. We ordered the 3-course menu, tried the slow-cooked egg with truffle which is a must try in my opinion! Also had the mallard for main and the cheese platter for dessert. They do require booking in advance and it’s absolutely worth it if you’re looking for a special night’s dinner.

In Salute! in Islington you can watch the food being prepared, while sitting in a pleasant place.
We were served friendly, all wishes were fulfilled.
It not only looks, it tastes fantastic.
It is like in a fary tale!

I absolutely love this place and everything about it. The service is attentive, the selection of wine is big and well selected, the ambience is warm and cozy, the interior beautifully chosen and the food is fantastic. I had a lovely dinner with a friend there last week. The quality and selection of food is great, very delicious. They've got something for everyone to find even though the menu is small. They even check for food allergies beforehand and are super friendly helping out with any questions. Go and check it out. It's a beautiful place.

Had a wonderful dinner on Saturday night, the place was busy but not too loud. Service was very attentive and the food definitely impressed! The broccoli steak was perfectly seasoned and the asparagus was just properly cooked. Had the tiramisu to finish it all off - loved the creative presentation, just would have wished a stronger coffee taste, it was a bit too creamy. I still cleaned up the plate though :))) The open kitchen was fascinating but my clothes didn’t smell after the visit, which was also great!
