True to its word, the place has luxurious feel in it. We had our lunch meeting here, very quite and peaceful, cosy and relaxing, the food was awesome. The price is justifiable. Service was perfect, very accommodating and professional staff.

Love this place so much and how attentive the staff are. They can not do enough for me and always go the extra mile for you. When I'm in London I always make time to visit and have lunch and drinks in the bar. Can not recommend this place highly enough if you want personalised service.

Service : The staff were lovely and the service was generally good.
Food : the selection of cakes was good, the scones were ok, but the sandwiches were dry and bland. We had a couple of vegetarians in our group and their sandwiches were boring and one appeared to be a plain butter sandwich 🤔 - I would avoid here if you are vegetarian.
Tea : I had the Fortnum & Mason Royal Blend which I liked and would recommend.
Ambience : Ok, nicely decorated for Christmas.
Overall : ok, but we enjoyeqd The Brown Hotel far more.

Always a good place to visit again had afternoon tea and the service was great and the food was excellent and a good way to celebrate a birthday looking forward to coming back

Delightful as always but just reopened and lunch not quite up to speed. I believe the main dining room is now open so should be back to it's perfect self.
