Asked for the tasting option with different kinds of meat. The quality is definitely premium. Good ambience and nice staff. Highly recommended.
A Real Treat. Was treated to a meal at the Gaucho Grill and was really impressed - the food was great quality and although a little expensive, it was amazing to eat. If you're looking for amazing steaks, definitely consider Gaucho's.

In My Top 3. The meal I had at Gaucho Grill is in the top 3 meals I've ever had. I had the spiral cut steak with a side of mash and mushrooms. Everything was cooked perfectly and the service was brilliant. Before ordering, the wait staff bring a board of the steaks to the table and explain how each one is prepared and cooked. We followed our meal with a cheese platter - again, the staff went through each type of cheese they had and we chose from there. I cannot fault this place!!
Fantastic steaks. This is a wonderful place - great steaks, very attentive staff, and a wonderful drinks selection. Perfect for a long lunch, or, I'm sure, a dinner.

Lots of other branches in London, but don't worry - this is one chain that won't disappoint.
Steak to die for. I'd given up ordeirng steaks when going out simply because I couldn't be bothered with dealing with the terrible state of the meat, shoddy cooking and poor presentation that almost everywhere seemed to offer.
When in Rome however... and I have decided steak-outs in the future will always be Gaucho bound as they truly understand how to cook beef. Sounds a bit arty I know, but just try one of these mouth-watering offerings and tell me different.
To me a good steak means it is tender. As simple as that may sound its hard to find.
You are greeted by friendly staff from the moment you walk in and taken downstairs by a glass lift. They bring you a huge tray of meat and use it to explain the different cuts available. As we had the set menu we chose the rib eye. The wine list had many options to choose from. I wasn't crazy over the chunky chips on the side of the steak, or the Beef Empanada starter but that Rib Eye steak was just how it was supposed to be - juicy and tender and that's why I'm giving it 4/5.
The atmosphere is very cosy and the interior is so chic. The way the restaurant is set over two floors is very stylish. Its great for a special occasion and is more intimate than it's rival Goodman.
Gaucho has certainly earned its seat at the high table of steak houses. The price is premium as you expect, but I wouldn't suggest it is overpriced.
The service was extremely efficient whilst remaining friendly and informative (each cut is brought to you in order to allow and informed decision to be made). My steak was cooked to perfection, it's not often that a medium rare is actually medium rare. The sweet potato chips and chorizo are a must, complimenting the tenderness of the steak brilliantly. Unlike many other steak houses, the dessert menu was also varied and enticing, catering to all tastes.
With the high price I suggest reserving a visit to Gaucho for a special occasion, but rest assured that it will help make any occasion that little more special.
This is probably one of the best steakhouses in London. Gaucho is around a few areas in zone 1 so you can go to the closest one to you and enjoy a greatly made steak!
The prices may be a little bit high for some people with approximately £70 for two people.
However, if you a foodie person who is eager to try new cuisines, Gaucho specialises in Argentinian cuisine!
If you like steak and don't mind a high price then certain worth a visit. Make it for an occasion though rather than a casual visit and if experiment, ask for guidance on the various meet available.
Great steak done very well!!! I got the ribeye and it was truly delicious. Perfectly cooked, no extra nonsense, just a delicious steak on a plate and delicious sides. I thought the tartare needed a bit more seasoning, but otherwise absolutely fantastic. Thank you to my very lovely boyfriend for bringing me here and knowing the way to my heart is via steak!!

Second time having lunch at this Gaucho restaurant in London, really enjoy the food as always. The food is incredible and well priced. Special thank you to Veselin for being such a wonderful and attentive member of staff, really grateful for his patience and kindness as he went through all the different cuts of meat and answered all our questions super gracefully. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and were happy with our visit. Will be back soon.

The aura and decor of the restaurant was awesome and aesthetically pleasing and created comfortably and visible pleasing setting. The staff were amazing, helpful and available to offer good food and drink recommendations. The food, especially the steak (sirloin) medium done was insanely delicious and juicy. Taste buds were overjoyed. The creamy mash was also very filling and complimented the meal well. Would definately recommend and will be visiting again in the near future. Thank you Gaucho Chancery Lane and staff for a wonderful dinning experience.

For our 1st evening meal in London, we happened by this restaurant. We had great service by Vas attentive with perfect timing. He helped us with the meal and wine selection. Great appetizers and steaks done perfectly. The chocolate cake (brownie) was a chocolate lovers delight. Expensive but good value. Wish we had had time to go back.
Chorizo was to die for. Steak was perfectly cooked. Service 10 star. Hard working people!
Monday & Thursday night steak - cannot fault GAUCHOS for the tenderness of its meat - the DONUTS aren’t bad either 🤣
