Cocktails at this iconic bar is definitely worth it in the Summer. Even if you dont get to sit outside on the terrace getting these top floor views across the river, the space is mostly glass covered so you get the views too. We had a French 75 and another classic gin based cocktail from the list which I cant recall. This is a cool spot. Great for friends or a date. Service is quick and professional. Prices reflect the plush rooftop location. I would definitely go there again and I must try the restaurant too.

I wanted to go to the OXO Tower for so long, since we have been working next to it for almost a year now. So we decided to go for a lunchtime cocktail on my birthday. It's really surprising that the bar is on the 8th floor as that is not as high as you'd expect, so you can have a great view but also be close enough to the river, which is exactly what I wanted.
The cocktails are all very nice, there's a great selection and an icon of the glass they are served in next to each one. My friends used that to narrow down their search as they said some glasses look too girly or like they contain less drink in them. Personally I choose by the ingredients so rum, tequila and blue curaçao are always favourites. If they also happen to have a funny name then that's a bonus.
I tried the corpse reviver (the blue one in the photos) and it was quite strong but very nice. Despite it fun bright colour it's not one of those you drink really fast; you definitely need to take your time.
I don't see me making the OXO tower a regular haunt but I would go back for another special occasion for sure like another birthday or something.
Great view (especially in the evening), easy access, friendly staff and delicious cocktails make oxo bar a nice place to socialize. I haven't tried the food, so no comments on that.

The extensive cocktail menu includes many original creations by Oxo’s mixologists, many of which are London and Thames-themed, with the average price of £12.50 per drink (average West End price for cocktails are £8-9 so you’re paying a bit extra for the quality and setting). I chose a fruity Pleasure Boat – a Tiki-style drink complete with Tiki cup available to take home (for a price).
Although the place is often packed, if you have a good company you will have great time there with amazing views worth even waiting in the line to get a seat. Staff is very helpful. It is certainly not a quiet place at least during the weekends. Get a glass of prosecco and you will feel special here :)
I had never been to this restaurant before and decided to try the winter menu. I was welcomed very warmly by the host and was seated right next to the glass with a lovely view of the river and other landmarks nearby. All the dishes I ordered, the starters, the mains and my dessert, made sure that I had the taste of the best the heaven could offer. The food is delectable but everyone is here for the incredible view. I had an amazing evening and would recommend everyone to go here at least once.
I happily recommend this restaurant to everybody. It is located in a very beautiful and accessible location. The views from the builiding are outstanding. If the weather is nice, it is advisable to sit outside. That location is very soothing to the eye. I loved the food. It was delicious and very well-prepared. The lamb was succulent, tender and flavoured perfectly. The wine list was also really well thought out. The service was flawless and impeccable. The place was full, but our server was attentive. We had a really nice night and dinner.
I had a wonderful time with my friends here. The restaurant offers a spectacular view of the city. The bar staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and hospitable, and will recommend you great drinks. The pannacotta is a must-have here. The crowd usually consists of working crowd, couples and tourists. I would surely recommend it.
On our anniversary last week, my friends and I happened to visit this place for dinner and had the most amazing gin and tonics we've ever had. The view of the place is spectacular, and the cocktails that they offer are impeccable. The service was at par too and the best time to visit this restaurant is during sunset hours.
I recently tried this place and had a wonderful time here. The food was excellent, especially the beef and cauliflower puree which was cooked to perfection. The desserts are pretty good as well. The service is pretty efficient with the staff being quite warm and friendly. The ambience is wonderful as the views from this place are beautiful. I would love to visit this place again and recommend others to visit it as well.
Came here for my husband's birthday. We had the summer taste menu. The food was good, just a bit over priced for what it is. Nevertheless, fantastic service and great atmosphere. The restaurant is also very kid-friendly providing my daughter with a little kiddy colouring pack. They also has a children's menu.
Amazing view, food and experience. I will definitely come back. The fish croquettes were super tasty. The desert could have been better.
Birthday dinner at the OXO was lovely.
It’s high end dining but it’s worth the price tag.
Nice and attentive service.
The menu was diverse and the food was delicious. I was unfortunately a bit underwhelmed with the truffle burrata which was too creamy for my liking but the scallops were gorgeous. The Chateaubriand was great too.
We weren’t directly by the window but could still enjoy the view.
The atmosphere was nice.
I’d love to go back!
With good weather, it was great to be seated outside. Great views of London from the terrace, good atmosphere in the brasserie. Service was very good, attentive and friendly waiters. Food was good, good choice of vegetarian dishes, I would recommend and go back.
A 5-star restaurant. Beautiful place with great view of River Thames and North London. Dishes were very tasty, an interesting and authentic mix of flavours. Service was polite and friendly. Dessert was amazing too. Definitely recommend it.
Tasty food and nice atmosphere! We had the set menu in the Brasserie. The food was very good and the view on the river was great. There was live music inside but no speaker to hear from the terrace. Definitely recommended!
A beautiful and affordable rooftop bar, cannot wish more 😌
I have to say some rooftop bars in London are abusing the customers with minimum spend etc. just because they are privileged in their location and the view. But this place is very generous, as long as you book this place, there is a bar area available, where you can just have a pint of beer overlooking the city view.
Although the view cannot be the best (unfortunately it is across the never-ending construction area near Blackfriar station)
, you can see St.paul and skyscrapers in the city of London.
The staff were also attentive and friendly.
I’d love to try the food menu as well next time 😊
So I came here as a special treat to a friend. The restaurant has high windows offering great views of St Paul's. The staff are very personable and the general ambiance is refined and welcoming.
We ordered two starters, two sides and two mains, as well as wine, coffee and dessert. The food was half and half. While I enjoyed my lamb shoulder main, my friend found her duck main too dry. The two sides were supposed to have truffle oil in them, but the taste was too subtle. The scallops were nice though, and so were the dessert.
Great spot for an evening meal and to watch the sunset. Beautiful views of the city and the thames.
We were well taken care of the the friendly staff. We look forward to our next visit.
A splendid birthday treat.
Afternoon tea was Devine.
Highly recommend this.
All staff are brilliant.
Great views of London.
Definitely book in advanced.
All very filling.
Treat yourself.
