North Pole Restaurant

my visit to The North Pole Greenwich was enjoyable. It's a vibrant place with great food, drinks, and entertainment options. The slight noise level and limited menu variety were minor drawbacks, but they didn't significantly dampen the overall experience. I'd give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars and recommend it to those looking for a lively night out in Greenwich.

The venue is lovely. Didn’t like the fact you have pay for entry to eat in the restaurant or shisha, I can understand for the bar but I was going to the restaurant, paying to go and eat is disappointing. Pay to enter then pay for drinks and food and service charge … The food was delicious, love the change of colour light to indicate service. Shisha was really nice, great belly dancer for entertainment.

Went on a Saturday night and went downstairs to the shisha bar, atmosphere was very relaxed ordered cocktails and food. You could taste the alcohol, most times their is so much ice you might as well be drinking water. Food was excellent (deleted photos by mistake) everything we ordered was nice. Staff were very friendly so no complaints their. Once finished with eating we went upstairs to listen to the music, it could have been better but the company made it worthwhile and the crowd were friendly.

We stopped in for lunch while we were wandering around, not expecting much. Bit of an odd atmosphere when we went in, but once we spoke to the guy behind the bar everyone was friendly enough. We both ordered burgers and, considering the price, we thought they’d probably be pretty average but actually they were really nice, as were the chips. All-in-all, glad we stopped in!

Amazing quiet atmosphere with playback music during the day and lively in the evenings with DJs on the weekends. Great tasty food, cocktails, mocktails, and Shisha with fast service from the friendly staff. It has a restaurant on the first floor with a bar and DJ booth, the main bar is on the ground level, and the lower ground level has a big space open/ closed garden/ VIP area for chilling out with drinks, food and shisha.

I've visited here 2 within a fortnight... It's actually not bad since the referb. The garden area at the back is for dinner and shisha.. very reasonable ranging from £25 +... Lots of nice flavours and they're not bothered about changing your coal when you ask them too. The waiting staff for the restaurant are nice. They were very attentive to me and my guests when I visited both times. The food portions are heafty and worth the money. I didn't like the chips much. You have to pay £5 on entry and ensure u carry ID as it turns into a lil dancefloor after the garden area closes. Only reason I rated them 4 stars is because of the not one once bit twice... The rude weird bar tender. He makes drinks wrong, doesn't communicate properly and when confronted about his comments he makes snardy comments which is unprofessional. Despite being in the heart of South London he should treat all customers with respect and know that he is serving individuals from all backgrounds. I would come here again. The DJ is good. Nice small vibe for a Friday or Saturday evening.
