Franzina Trattoria - London - Photo album

We came to Franzina Trattoria for a birthday dinner and had an amazing time. We were a table of 15 who the waitress worked so hard to make sure we had a great time. I had the vegan arancini, chickpea croquettes, pesto pasta, and pistachio ice cream. The food is some of the best Italian food I’ve had
This was my first time having authentic Sicilian food, and OMG was it delicious. Like many spots in Brixton it is very low-key, it is also classy on the interior and there’s a small patio outback. You must try the pasta when you come as it is made in house and cooked to absolute perfection. There is
Food was exceptional and everything tasted really good, simple decor and vibrant atmosphere. I had the best sfincione ever here and having dined in multiple times I had the chance try different pasta dishes - they were all impeccable. Pietro and the whole staf
Fresh tagliatelle was lovely, as were the big prawns and arancini. Had the Narke wine which I’d recommend, and the house beers were class. Portions could be a tiny big bigger, but don’t let that stop you.
Wandered into this place for lunch and was very pleasantly surprised. The menu was far from the standard London Italian. Everything was flavourful, thanks in part to the owner's own olive oil from his farm in Sicily. The red pesto pasta was really special and the southern Italian antipasti were also
