This restaurant is the perfect restaurant to visit if you want the true London vibe.
Good food, very nice and attentive staff, well decorated space in a beautiful area in London!!
Only positive feedback that I will advice is regarding the portions, a little small so bare in mind when ordering and how much you plan on spending!
Exceptional ambience with the food to match. The waghu here is a must try. There's something about the Japs I love. Perfection and style. Everything in this place screams of it. Don't miss out
High-Quality Japanese Fusion restaurant in the heart of London!
One of the few restaurants who has maintained their quality and expertise during the previous years.
Been several times to this place and it always makes me come back!
A must if you're staying in London!!
Fantastic Restaurant. I loved the ambience of the place. The food is fantastic. We spent an extended lunch get together with close friends during our London trip. Too busy eating and laughing to even take photos of the food.
What a gem I found . The pictures tell the whole story. Perfectly plated food. Great taste good service and value for money . Could go back any time .
Had the perfect evening at this amazing Japanese restaurant in Mayfair. The food, ambience and service was excellent! Would love to visit again.
One of my favorite restaurants in London! Very good quality and fresh food.
The Robata chicken is delicious and the desert platter is impressive!
A really nice atmosphere and good service.
Never disappoints! Definitely recommend!
Our highlight has to be the Robata:
Yaki ise ebi ( Lobster)
Tokujou wagyu to kinoko
A meal at roka might not come cheap, but few things are guaranteed:
-Impeccable service
-great vibe ! entertaining if u sit by the robata counter
-Quality fresh food
One of my favourite Japanese restaurants in London. It keeps me coming back for more. Good location (literally 2 minutes away from Selfridges 😋) + friendly staff. I have tried almost every dishes they have and it never disappoints me! Totally worth every penny 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
There are not many restaurants that offer the perfect bar-side experience, but for couples, the bar seats are the ideal choice. The menu has numerous exceptional dishes, yet the ribs and black cod, in particular, are truly outstanding. The staff consistently provides superb service, professionalism and attentiveness.
A very nice dinner date! Food is very good, the place is great and the atmosphere is amazing. The service is also very nice and they really care about the customers - we felt they were treating us super well. Definitely on the pricey side (we spent 250£+ for two ppl) but very much worth it. Would recommend!
Wonderful Japanese cuisine and setting. Good selection of fish for sushi platter, I’ve enjoyed the oysters from the starters menu (spicy with ginger 😋), and the crab meat tartar (again spicy with chilly) I found particularly intriguing and delicious.
First experience, well worth it. From entering the restaurant, the atmosphere and service were incredible. The food was fantastic, exceptionally tasty, and well prepared. Thoroughly enjoyed eating here. I will definitely be returning.
Food was really nice. Service was slow and I would expect more. On top of that we were asked to move before the 2 hours allocated. We were moved to a table outside, no one brought our serviettes, or our water which we had not finished. 7.5/10
Was hosted at the tasting dinner at Roka Mayfair to celebrate The House of Suntory and the release of the limited-edition bottle design of Hibiki. The food was robatayaki cuisine along with Japanese cocktails, sake, wine and a special tasting of the different components of Hibiki. The food was really exceptional.
Thank you to Raffaele Di Monaco and Roka Simon Freeth for hosting us.
One of our Favorite Japanese Restaurant is Roka and no matter wherever you try, Roka as well their Sister restaurant Zuma is always consistent in quality taste and that is one of the key reason of their success ! Being a vegetarian and having lots of options to try. We been to Roka Mayfair for first time, and the experience was one of the best in London. We ordered all signature dishes from vegetarian options. I personally missed to see their one of the best and my personal fav fish Roka “Baked Potato” with Yuzu on their menu here. Service was amazing except few dish took little longer than usual. It had an amazing vibe on weekdays and also glad to meet Legendary Indian Cricketer Mr. Sunil Gavaskar at Roka Mayfair. Thanks to entire Team Roka Mayfair.
Food was good but fairly expensive.
We were not able to sit outside which was shame
Good service
They overcharged my glass of wine and charged me double but fixed their error as soon as this was pointed out to them.
I picked this restaurant out of desperation because I couldn't get into a restaurant close by. The service from the door was incredible. The team was so helpful when I needed help with changing my son in their kid friendly bathroom.
The food was a Discovery!!!! I didn't expect it to be that good. The highlight was the Creme Brulee with Pistachio and I sub-ed mine for the sweet potato ice-cream.. A delight! I also had the Yuzu Meringue pie... Phewww! Just perfect not to sweet and balanced with that lychee sorbet
The chicken and waygu beef were sensational! The sushi was very very fresh and crisp tasting.
The general ambiance was clean, minimalist but bold all at the same time with the wood themed decor.
The service team really made everything sing.
I'd go back over and over! Thoroughly impressed!
Second time at Roka, and it was outstanding once again! Delicious food, attentive staff, and a lovely ambiance. Highly recommend!
