This must be the best Pret in town, setting standard for all other venues for customer service. The staff is always smiling and super nice. They know my favourites and on a hot day suggested an iced version of dirty chai - I've never been happier with a coffee. They're situated right next to my work, so I prefer going there than my own cafeteria! A++
