My family and I recently dined at The Ivy Canary Wharf, and we had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service, especially from our server, Ridge. It's been a long time since we've encountered such high standards of service, and Ridge made our dining experience truly memorable.
The food at The Ivy Canary Wharf was simply amazing. Each dish we ordered was bursting with flavour and presented beautifully. The chefs clearly put a lot of effort into preparing the meals, and it showed in every bite. The restaurant itself has a lovely ambiance - elegant and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a delightful family time.
Visited the Ivy In The Garden (Canary Wharf) for a birthday celebration and I cannot recommend it enough. Our server (Liam K) was wonderfully attentive, friendly and made us feel so welcomed. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. And the best part…they gave us a free desert for our birthday, with a candle in it. What a thoughtful gesture. The food, drinks, decor, service, scenery from the table and all the staff were excellent. I can’t wait to revisit.
We had a wonderful lunch with our daughter and her new husband here. All of the food was excellent. The wait staff were pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. I had the Shepherds Pie and it certainly was a winner. My wife and I also split a Rum Baba which was to die for! Everyone enjoyed their food and had a grand time. We were welcome to eat slowly, socialize, and take our time in between courses. What a wonderful and pleasant atmosphere as well. We will be going back. If you haven’t been, go. If you have been, go back!
As I was in Canary Wharf on business this morning I popped in without a reservation. The team were warm and welcoming and (unlike Marlow) the food was served quickly. The standard is always consistent and well priced. The decoration is standard, high quality “The Ivy” brand standard. Great service from the servers and I left full and happy! Well done.
Fabulous experience. Service was second to none and the quality of the food as expected for such a well established brand. My wife had the lobster linguine and I had the steak tartare, both absolutely delicious. As a treat we were served a wonderful desert, complimentary, as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. I look forward to returning again!
If I could give 6 stars for service I absolutely would. The location of this place is amazing. Beautiful surroundings and the food was delicious. The prices were reasonable. The décor inside the restaurant was second to none I highly recommend this place from food service, location and service.
The staff were very attentive and ensured we had everything we need. Excellent menu has a great selection of food and the steak tatare was incredible. I also highly recommend trying the creme brulè or the apple tart which is served with a flaming experience.
The fish-and-chips were amazing. Good size portion and extremely crispy batter with succulent Cod inside. Absolutely perfect.
Quality of the food tipped it into 4* for me. Breakfast was delicious and tea super. Service was fine but nothing more elevated than any Bills or Cafe Rouge etc. No teaspoons. Decor lovely, tables and chairs comfortable and we didn't feel rushed though. Actually had to work hard for the attention of staff at times e.g. for refill of water. Yummy spot but probably cheaper with similar quality in the wharf.
The Ivy is aesthetically beautiful, and overall a lovely atmosphere to dine in the heart of Canary wharf.
The buttermilk pancakes were fresh and delicate. The berry compote was a lovely compliment to the dish.
Service was really good, and I had a very pleasant experience overall.
I absolutely adore this place. I've visited many times whilst in London.
The food was spectacular tasty and did not disappoint!
We took our mum out for lunch and she loved it.
The only thing that let our dining experience down, was our waitress. Everything seemed like too much of an effort... Needless to say, we all decided not to tip her before we left.
Don't let that stop you from visiting! It's a great place to visit and experience first class food
Nice location, great atmosphere. Really great crowd on a mid-week night. Lots of great cocktails options and the decor was nice. The food was okay, the service was good but could have been more attentive.
