What a meal! What an atmosphere, damn! The birthday surprise was well worth it! Got the tasting menu, really my vibe!! Amazingly great tasting dishes! The young blond waitress Stephania I believe who was reasonably new, explain each dish and really knew what she was talking about! Plus big thank you for the prosecco :D

I really like the way they serve the pastas in this little pans. Very friendly and helpful service. The food was ok. Well cooked but not something that I had never eaten before.

We tried the antipasti platter, pasta and selection of desserts from the Puglia region. Everything was fresh and pastas were perfectly cooked. It was overall a lovely dinner.

Visited this lovely place a few nights ago. No reservation but we were quickly found a table ( on the proviso it was required for a booking later). Friendly and efficient service. Great atmosphere. The pizzas were delicious (and large). Prices reasonable. Think I may also have spotted a “Mamma” which was a bonus. Great experience.

Delicious food, great service and atmosphere. Pics from the Puglia menu, the pesto with pistachio and guanciale and the mixed appetisers. Pricier but we were so stuffed and it was three courses, prosecco and an espresso at the end, so definitely worth it! This is definitely my favourite Italian in London, I love the concept of the rotating menu as in the UK we mainly see the “Italian” chains that aren’t authentic. You won’t necessarily see dishes you recognise either as a Brit so it’s a really great way to try new things! Other dishes we ordered were the cavatelli con ragu di polpette and the oricchiette with turnip tops and sausage, both were apparently delicious. Just a flag, the cavatelli con ragu di polpette comes with hard cheese on top but the menu doesn’t specify this so make sure to ask for it without if you have an allergy/preference for no cheese.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I have lived in London for several years now and as an Italian I often visit italian restaurants to find a bit of home. This is the only restaurant I have actually felt that, the value for money is incredible if you go for the set menu as the starter is a full dish in an of itself. Finally, Stefano the manager was an amazing host and made our evening delightful.

As part of my month long birthday celebration, my family and I decided to visit this lovely little restaurant after seeing it featured on Searching for Italy, by Stanley Tucci. I am happy to say that it certainly deserves the hype. The Kings Road location was fabulous. Rustic, quaint and though a bit tight, it fostered a great atmosphere. Food was excellent. Not your typical pasta dishes. The pasta tastes uniquely fresh and homemade. Sauces were outstanding. The service was second to none. Very attentive staff. Edwin was amazing. As a note for pasta lovers: I repeat, not your typical pasta dishes. The dishes may challenge you a bit, but they are rich with distinct flavors and characteristics. If you are an experienced Italian food lover, this will be a great expansion of your palette. Enjoy!

It’s really hard to get a good bowl of pasta in London. This is in my top three. Really well seasoned, perfectly cooked pasta. I got the carbonara which I wouldn’t usually order out - I couldn’t fault it. Definitely a must try!

Had an absolutely fantastic meal at La Mia Mamma. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The food was incredible, and portions are really sizeable. Set menu with extras was great and the option to order outside the menu and add more food was really nice. Highly recommended, I cannot wait to come back!
