I enjoyed a hot chocolate which was nice but could have been warmer. It had a thick hazlenut chocolate sauce at the bottom. The chocolate and ice cream selection is really good.
Venchi was one of the best find during my trip to London. Is place is a heaven for all icecream lovers. Some of the flavours I tried were the sinful chocolate, mango, strawberry and salter caramel. Would like to try their hot chocolate in my next visit.

Simply the best gelato ever.. Venchi is well known for its gelato for a reason, it is just perfect , the taste , the texture , the flavors everything about it. I recommend the Cremino, mascarpone cheese, and the chocolate hazelnut. The waiting time in Covent Garden Branch might be long because of the high demand, but it’s worth it

A must try for every ice cream lover - Venci gives you all that you could ever wish for. Sinful chocolate flavours with a mix of hazelnut, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, praline, nougat, etc. To add to the ice creams the cones are equally tasty and worth the extra price you pay for it.

This is the Venchi at Convent Garden. It's a two level store. Ground and basement. Ground floor is the gelato and store front, basement is all the chocolate. The store was bright and clean and we got a small pistachio gelato. The best packed with so much flavor. Tasted the same as in Venice. My favorite flavor.
I have never tried gelato ever, I took a gelatoshake and tasted alright 👍 great customer service staff were very patient and helpful they were able to cater to every 1. I was originally very angry at the long queues. However, as we got closer and saw the level of customer service and dedication of the team, I was impressed some people where having difficulties understanding and didn't know the flavour they took there time and made sure everyone left the store happily.

We had the hot chocolate with whipped cream this evening. It is a small cup for the price of almost £5, but the hot chocolate is divine. It's thick and really chocolatey, rather than sugary. It's amazing! I wish there were tables we could sit at enjoy it with a pastry or something.

Oh I love these tastes. I had tried regular size cone which was with mascarpone and caramelized pigs (my favorite), tiramisu and Buono. Small cone was 5.10 pound, regular (medium) was 5.90 pound. Therefore choosing medium sized is a great option

A popular store in the heart of Covent Garden, which serves quality, rich ice-cream. There is a diverse selection of flavours. The ones we've had were delicious.
We had a very pleasant experience in the store. The staff was very friendly and we really loved Linh's service in particular. She shared some samples to help us decide flavours and was also very funny and kind.
It's a busy place, so it was thoughtful that she put that effort into making it a memorable experience.
I would highly recommend this place and would like to thank the team for their hard work.
As a big fan of Italian gelato, this ice cream was very much approved. Maybe a bit more expensive, but there were lots of choices, classic and original Italian flavours and the authentic gelato was verry creamy. Dark chocolate and hazelnut ice cream turned out both very rich in flavour. The cute little shop in Covent Garden also sells chocolate and other sweets. Perfect as a dessert or summer snack while strolling around the market halls!
