Venchi

This is the Venchi at Convent Garden. It's a two level store. Ground and basement. Ground floor is the gelato and store front, basement is all the chocolate. The store was bright and clean and we got a small pistachio gelato. The best packed with so much flavor. Tasted the same as in Venice. My favorite flavor.

I have never tried gelato ever, I took a gelatoshake and tasted alright 👍 great customer service staff were very patient and helpful they were able to cater to every 1. I was originally very angry at the long queues. However, as we got closer and saw the level of customer service and dedication of the team, I was impressed some people where having difficulties understanding and didn't know the flavour they took there time and made sure everyone left the store happily.
