The afternoon tea is wonderful. The atmosphere is nice and the staff provide good service. The scones are delicious, the sandwiches are tasty and more can be brought on request and the cake selection is good. The only downside with the cakes is, they only bring one of everything; so if you want to try it all, you must share. The tea selection is also nice. Overall, The Wolseley is an excellent afternoon tea experience.
Visited this restaurant for my birthday recently. The good was delicious, ambience was good and service was excellent and as if nothing was too much of an ask. I would certainly recommend and would return. However, I do not think the quality is such that truly reflects the price and there is soom for improvement. So, be mindful of the London prices. All in all, very good!
Wonderful early dinner before the theatre. Everything was delicious, with particular highlights the kedgeree and the fishcakes Arlington. Service was impeccable and the elegant dining room put you in the mood for a top class experience. For the quality of the food and the service, not to mention the location, I would say their prices are fair. We can’t wait to return and try the many other things on the menu that sounded delicious.
