It is quite possibly the best restaurant I have ever eaten at
The staff are very nice and if they have a very busy restaurant suddenly and only 1 chef because he is Italian and there isn't an abundance of them the service is slow in that case but worth the wait
The food is amazing (my top 5 foods are Vila Rosa)

Very nice and pleasant place. I have been yesterday in it. Had lamb and a glass of wine 🍷 customers service accordingly to standards . Definitely be back some time in near future.

Breakfast at an Italian place? Try it, and you won't regret it! They have full English breakfasts for a steal, and the food is amazing. And, of course, the coffee is excellent. :)
Service was professional and warm, just remember to ask for your check if you need to go, Americans! They don't rush you like they do back home.

Very friendly staff that helped me with the menu and told me what was in everything. Im allergic to many things but the waiter was patient with me. The only minus was the fact that they may have too many tables in a small place. It could be a little noisy.

Eaten here on a couple of occasions, I wouldn’t have returned unless I was truly satisfied. Very clean and cosy environment. The food is fresh, delicious and the portions are ample. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful without being pushy. Prices are reasonable and a fixed price menu is also available. Love this place and don’t hesitate recommending it.

Late-night; this is a good choice. I noticed they are open till 11pm and at 1030 the place was FULL of people on a weeknight. The service was fast and excellent - they had my pizza ready in about 4 minutes! The waiter was cool and funny, they really worked hard. My food was ok though, not amazing, and it's not especially delicious. Not expensive though for a sit-down place. RIGHT NEXT to Paddington Station by the way...

The guy that runs this place is 50% of the experience eating here. I would call him the mayor of paddington. The rest is basic Italian that is reasonably priced but genuinely good. I dashed over here from the Hilton. Half the patrons in the place speak Italian which says something about the quality of the place. I would revisit if luck returns me to London for business.
