The service was amazingly fast and very pleasant. The waitress was very nice and gave good advice about a milkshake that tasted amazing. The burger I had had an amazing taste and was just right. The fries also was really good. Tried the regular fries and also the sweet potato fries and both was great. I also had the Byron beer that really went great with the burger. If you can go visit this place!

Went here around 11:30 on Nov. 16th. Food was pretty good. Fries were amazing. I took a while eating them so maybe that's why my burger wasn't hot when I ate it but it wasn't THAT long. The burger itself was really good...and I've been to other Byron locations which is why I came here. They make great burgers! The fries had a kind of dill-spice flavoring on them that was awesome. It got really busy after 12 so if you don't like noise, go here a little before the rush. Great atmosphere among the staff, too. They seem to all really enjoy working together. Was neat to see. It's not too far from the national gallery and Trafalgar square and there's a Nero's coffee up the street so this is a great location!

OMG thàt Byron burger was one of the best burgers I ever had !! Next time I’m in London I’m definitely coming back! Absolutely recommend this place. Burgers are amazing and right portions. Absolutely LOVED that Byron burger & vanilla milkshake however ... that nachos starter was a BIG letdown: faint, drowning in sauce and no spiciness (where were the jalapeños??). Service really friendly and fast. We were a party of three and got our seats without any delay.

Hamburgers are full of taste, as always, but I felt this local soul-free. The menu has now many tex-mex options with poor quality. Nothing really important to be ordered farther the hamburgers. Right fries, but better sweet potatoes. I had the feeling that franchising missing the special taste. Now, is one of this many options for burgers that will find everywhere in London or and any City!! Go back to the originals!

Much better than most of the burger restaurant in the area, but not excellent. The burger wasn't too bad but didnt left me with that feeling to wanted more. The service was good clean table and helpful staff. Really disappointed of the lavatory, I founded quite dirty, maybe the cleaner had a day off.
