Great bread baking class, managed to bake loads of different breads. The teacher was great and charismatic and knowledgeable. Only complaint was that some of the recipes were from ready mixes and would have preferred more which were from scratch.

We did a team building cooking class there, was a lot of fun. Three courses and not too taxing especially since you can have a couple of glasses of wine while you're doing it.

I was given a gift card for a 90 minute workshop by my sister who thought it would be a fun experience and would cheer me up trying something new and interesting and meeting new people. I suck at cooking and was really embarrassed to go but eventually curiosity got the best of me and I felt like I owned it to my sister. I'm really glad I did. I had great fun making a three-course menu under the guidance of the lovely chefs. I tried to look sophisticated and went for French meals. They turned out quite alright and I'm very happy with the time I spent there.

Had a fantastic lunch with L'atelier des chefs on their 1 hour "Cook the perfect steak" class. I've always struggled cooking steak and our supervising Chef,Tom was an excellent teacher, explaining exactly how to season and cook our steaks to a delicious medium rare, and even suggested which cuts of steak to look out for, where to buy them and the best ways to prepare each. We also learnt how to tell how well the steaks are cooked simply by touch! To complement the steaks we also prepared sauteed potatoes with cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinegar and during the preparation I was even given tips and short refresher on Knife skills which was much appreciated. For our dessert a chocolate and hazelnut brownie with chocolate sauce which was enjoyed along with the steak and potatoes when we'd finished cooking. After class we were even offered a discount on any future classes and sent the recipe's for the meals we cooked in class. All in all it's a fantastic experience I'd recommend to anyone interested in improving their cooking skills. The service is excellent, the teaching is great and the staff are friendly. However the best part is still eating and enjoying food that you made!

I had a great time at L'atelier des Chefs - I had been bought an 1hr 30min Voucher and chose Japanese Cooking session. Everything was laid out before we started and the instruction from the Chef was clear and easy to follow. Everyone got involved in preparing and cooking the food and you can even pick up a few new skills on the way! Definitely recommended to anyone looking to try out a new cuisine or cooking with friends or partner.

I went on the 1 hour French course as it was all I had time for. Neil, our chef, was wonderful. He pitched the class for the three of us at levels appropriate for everyone's abilities quickly picking out who was more or less experienced and tailoring the lesson to that. His recipes were absolutely beautiful and perfectly achievable for any level cook and easy enough for home cooking with some preparation. Overall it was a great experience and I can't wait to book my next course hopefully a 2 hour or master class next time!

Went yesterday to St Paul's brunch for a steak class! It was awesome. Learned a lot (from how to chop onions properly to making caramel for desert). It was only two of us and we had chef Alice (used to work for Gordon Ramsey). Stuff is really friendly and it's an amazing experience for just £36! Also - best steak I have ever tried! (even better than at Goodman's!)

I went to the the St Paul's branch and had a WONDERFUL evening making sushi! The chef was fabulous and explained everything in detail. It was fun to cook with a group of other beginners and I left feeling certain that I could make the recipe again at home. Eating all the sushi and drinking wine at the end, was a lovely conclusion to the evening. Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Last month I attended the Taste of Spain master class at St. Pauls. It was brilliant! Perfect sized class, a great way to meet new people and easy to find! I was greeted with a lovely glass of bubbly, well that was it I was smiling from the moment I walked in. The menu was delicious, interesting & fun. The ingredients were fresh, vibrant but most of all easy to get hold of in the supermarket. The staff were lovely particularly Becca who looked after us every step of the way. All in all, it was a fantastic morning and I will definitely be coming back to do another course....not sure which as there is so much choice I want to do them all!

I went to L'atelier des Chefs with a friend a few weeks ago to do the Masterclass, the 4 hours class on fish and seafood. The class was simply wonderful and an immense discovery on seafood for myself since I had never tried mussels and oysters before. The chef had such great knowledge to share and gave us many good tricks to take home, presentation and knives skills especially. I have impressed since my friends with grilled oysters and the delicious oriental salad with seared scallops!I can't wait to do a macaroons class to perfection mine.
