We did a team building cooking class there, was a lot of fun. Three courses and not too taxing especially since you can have a couple of glasses of wine while you're doing it.
Great bread baking class, managed to bake loads of different breads. The teacher was great and charismatic and knowledgeable. Only complaint was that some of the recipes were from ready mixes and would have preferred more which were from scratch.

Everything was laid out before we started and the instruction from the Chef was clear and easy to follow. Everyone got involved in preparing and cooking the food and you can even pi
