We wanted a change of pace for dinner on our family vacation and decided on The Tiroler Hut. Joseph was so great with our 2 year old and made him feel so special, our son called Joseph a Super Hero for all the instruments he played. It was a special experience and how this gem reminded us of our trip to Bavaria and the Austrian Alps. And, I can’t say enough about the food and beer, too!

If you are in the Portobello Road/Notting Hill area and you want to experience something truly unique, check out Tiroler Hut 🇦🇹 Like a falcon, this almost 60 year old institution rose from the ashes after a devastating fire and flood. Trust me, you won’t regret visiting this Bavarian Gem. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is absolutely charming. The 85 owner serenades his patrons while playing various instruments in lederhosen. He also takes requests. Also great for stag and does, hen nights, and family fun nights.

Multi talented owner who celebrated his 80 somethingst birthday the night we were there. He plays accordeon, saxophone, piano and cowbells, and he gets as much enjoyment out of it as his guests. Wonderful atmosphere and great service delivered by his very nice daughter. Highly recommend booking a table in advance.
