Deliciouse turkish food. I tried the kebab which I realy liked. My husband ordered skender which is average. I highly recommend this restaurant
first time to try this turkish restaurant in london as i have been recommended by my friend... i order a lamb kofta chili with iskendar kabab and taboula ... the kabab was amazing .. tabola is small portion .. and iskendar is average... a bit pricy

Wait can be long. But did get wine while we were in queue. Food was authentic and they have some great sampler dishes if you'd like to try a variety. Desserts were not quite as good as the entrees. Presentation was also nice.
Situated in one of the nicest places to eat, for lunch and well as dinner, so far has a lot going for it just because it's the corner restaurant there. I sat outside when I went there for dinner and it's really nice, with heaters outside so it doesn't get too chilly in the winters.
The food itself however was in my opinion mediocre, maybe it was just my dish, because the people I was with seemed to be very appreciative of theirs. In my humble opinion, it's a place you go to more for the atmosphere and location than the food itself. I wouldn't make the trip out for it.
Sofia Restaurant is located in St. Christophers Place and a few metres from Oxford Street. The venue offers you a selection of different turkish meals.
From the main meal what I have been tried and definetely recommend are: Juicy chicken fillet, Chargrilled Chicken Fillet or the Salmon Fillet. The prices of the main dishesh are around £11-18. For dessert I can advice to order the Ottoman Kadayif.(£5)

Being in the middle of st Christopher place is a good start for any restaurant. Sofra's food does live up to expectations as well. For a person who doesn't really like middle eastern cuisine, I was still blown away by the lamb at this place - the food was really good enough to compete with most other restaurants I have been to serving the same cuisine.
The food is not very pricey at all and a meal for two without drinks is 30-40 inclusive of service.
It's a bit cramped for space so doesn't make for a very private dining experience and that's probably why one would not rate it as a best best restaurant out there. But for sure a very good option to have for a lunch or dinner after a day spent shopping or ambling around oxford street.
Halal Food in Central London. We always struggle to find halal places in central London as a south asian couple and we can’t find any halal places by searching for halal food on Google. But Middle Eastern food is the best option. so we went there to try their food We enjoyed the food. Chicken curry with basmati rice was really good. 👍🏻 Above that We were impressed by their customer service. ✔️

Visiting London we made a stop here for some bites. So now we’ve been here three times in 5 days. The type of food that you want when you’re hungry. Basically it’s a sure thing that it won’t disappoint.
The food is very good. This is a regular place of mine and I particularly love the lamb chops, though their food generally is very good. Their hummus and bread which are complimentary are delicious too.
The staff and the service leaves something to be desired though. My friend commented that it was all rather comical, but we come for the food and nice location. They could do with being a bit more professional, including the lady that seems to look like the boss.
The overall rating for this restaurant gives the correct reflection of the experience there (between 3 & 4 stars). The warm bread is nice. Otherwise it has a large menu which is maybe too big. I’ve given 4 star as the slow cooked lamb (only) is spectacular.
Great restaurant with amazing service and good food. The location is perfect specially in the summer. Staff are welcoming with big smile 😊

I have been here many times with my husband and usually the food used to be very good, but the last time I went the quality wasn't great. Chicken was very dry and they give very little chilli sauce, which means you have to pay extra £4 for the additional sauce. The rice is ok, it used to be much better when it was served Lebanese style with vermicelli. It's still a decent place to eat, but for the price, the quality is simply not there anymore.
I come to this restaurant every time I visit London. The food there is very nice. I like their breakfast, it’s so delicious. The manager lady Nilgun is kind and helpful.
Legendary.. We had breakfast and lunch. All foods have amazing taste. There are some problem about service. But i think it under acceptable limits.
