I'm not vegan Or vegetarian even but this place was amazing! I got a vegan cheeseburger and it was one of the best things I've ever eaten. Only issue is that I requested the mac and cheese gluten free and they gave us the serving then someone else came our with gluten free so they served me gluten. Lucky I'm intolerant not caeliac. They made it up with some extra cocktails and dessert but if you are allergic to gluten definitely double check. Would go again, loved the food and most of the service (first waiter seemed a little bothered by any extra request).

Went for Sunday brunch and it was fantastic! My wife is vegan but I'm not and I was impressed by how good the food was. Highlights were mac n cheese, seitan nuggets and burger, all so good. We had great welcome & service from Chef Dom and bottomless bubbles definitely helped!)

Very quirky vegan restaurant .Does a wide selection of vegan options including vegan brunch and Sunday roast !
Went my Son & his fiancée who are both vegan. Burgers are a good choice if a meat eater and the pineapple upside cake very tasty. Good selection of cocktails, wines & beers ( if a little pricey).

Managed to find this gem a few weeks ago for Veganuary. I'm on the opposite of the vegan scale and do like my meat so this was quite new for me.
My girlfriend and i tried a big variety of items on the menu including the special of 4 starters plus a main each and a shared desert. Couldn't fault one dish and each was exquisitely put together and delicious and very different to what i am used to. I like how they have played on non vegan dishes.
We were surprised how good the value was for the quantity and quality and i think we managed to get a bottle red wine during happy hour. The service was good but could have been better.
Would definitely return and have recommended to a few friends already.
Keep up the good work!

So impressed by the creativity and execution of this restaurant. Some comfort food classics and other less expected dishes, all fully vegan. As a meat eater I was satisfied and really happy with all the flavours, I didn't think vegan food could be so tasty. The Mac and cheese is so creamy and delicious and the buffalo cauliflower 'wings' with 'blue cheese' were so sexy I will definitely by trying to recreate them at home. The desserts were also amazing and next time I am looking forward to trying one of the milkshakes as they looked superb.

I visited this restaurant last night - it was amazing. I've never written a review about anything before but as a meat eater, I feel like it is important to voice an opinion. The food was outstanding; tasty with great portion sizes and for the quality you're getting it's extremely reasonably priced.
This is the perfect dinner and brunch spot for small groups where some may be vegan and others not. The vibe is also perfect it you want to grab a couple of drinks - can't wait to go again.
Oh and the best part, it's in south London - no trekking to east!

Pros: Good food, nice atmosphere
Cons: Charges for tap water, very slow and inattentive service.
Arrived when the place was completely empty except for one person. Wasn't sure if they were open as there were no staff present. Waited in the doorway for about 5 minutes and then someone finally appeared. Asked if we had a reservation, I said no. He browsed his computer for a bit then pointed us to a table, gave us some menus and disappeared. Felt a bit weird as it was basically empty. The table and chairs were extremely wobbly, so we grabbed some tissue from the bar to stick under a leg of the table. The menu looks amazing. Guy comes back and takes our drink order. We order coffees and tap water, which he brings. Turns out they charge £1 for tap water (oh but it's unlimited!)
More people arrive, until it's about half full.
We were then waiting half an hour before he came to take our order, and we were wondering whether you have to go to the bar to order
Eventually he takes our order. Fry up, pancakes, two milkshakes.
Food takes about 20 minutes. Milkshakes come out 5 minutes after we finished our food, in sticky milk bottles because it's dribbled down the side
Very tasty! Would come back, but hoping for better service next time

I’m no vegan but I had such a wonderful experience and most importantly, the food was absolutely spectacular. I thought I’d leave and have to pick up a takeaway on the way home but fortunately I left completely satisfied. The cauliflower and burger were both incredible and I’ll certainly be attending again!
The chef was also very nice, he happened to be on the floor and personally greeted us and answered questions we had. He was really nice and accommodating.
Overall, A star experience!
