The Boozy Bunch was invited to the Heist Bank event “Pizza And Beer In Your Face”. As Andrew was busy, I stepped in to fill the gap and Thank God I had the chance. What a fun evening. As I had plans to meet up with a friend of mine I convinced him that we will have a smashing time. Actually I just mentioned the free beer and he was all for it. The Heist Bank venue is not the easiest to find, but is a rather nice place. We were sent down into the play room, where we met experts from the three breweries and got served their beers in combination with the wood fired pizzas from Heist Bank.

I was invited to the launch and I tucked into three out of four of the pizzas on offer – I couldn’t bring myself to try the one loaded with mushroom (mushroom – bleugh). And loaded it really was. Same. with the crushed pea, goat cheese and radish. These ones were more like having a load of topping with a little bit of pizza, rather than having a pizza with a topping.
Pizza and cocktails? That’s a yes from me! Heist Bank is a new all-day restaurant and bar located just off the canal in Paddington. Oh and they sell fresh flowers, who doesn’t love flowers!?. My dream is to one day own a local brasserie-style spot that sells flowers. Because I love flowers. They make me happy and I think other people like them too. How many times have you seen an Instagram of the flowers outside Libtery? That’s how mine will look. I’ve decided.
Visited this venue for my team's social day. There is something for everyone and after eating and drinking we all relaxed playing pool or played board games. Would definitely recommend 👌.
Great atmosphere, the place has a bar area with music and a dining area. The pizzas were delicious, staff was friendly. Very well priced too. Would definetely recommend for a social to have some pizzas and beer
Wandered in here as I was walking through Paddington. Really nice bar with friendly staff and good food. Would highly recommend the butternut squash pizza! They seem to also have a good variety of beers on tap if that's your thing and staff seem helpful if you're not sure what you're after.

My favourite local for a good pizza and beer. The quality of the pizza is unrivalled and the chef Paolo always gives great recommendations - I particularly love the mushroom, ricotta and watercress pizza. A great range of taps and lovely, quick service behind the bar. The managers are particularly hospitable and run a tight ship.
Cool professional but relaxed bar with plenty of game options including a pool table. The food menu isn’t exactly my taste - only pizzas and deep fried stuff, but excellent central place to go for a drink after work.
Shared a few plates for lunch (fried zucchini, merguez sausages and hummus), dishes seem simple on the menu but are packed with flavour.
It’s a great place but the food is really meh. Well it was the two times I’ve eaten there (once last week). It just lacks something, you end up eating the pizza crusts wishing there was flavour. Lack of cheese, lack of toppings. Pizza is so hard to mess up, so it’s not bad as there is no such thing as bad pizza, it’s just “meh” pizza. Burger was meh too. Beers are ok, but not a great selection of good IPAs. I really like the place, I just wish it was like 25 percent better.
I did a Murder Mystery here for a private party. Nice warm welcome from most staff. Lovely private room downstairs great for small gatherings. There is also a Fuze Ball table, and Pool Table Really good music mainly 90s and early 2000. Really close to Paddington Station, Just on the other side of the canal. The pizzas are delicious.
Quiet place in the middle of merchant square surrounded of plants and picnik tables. Really cool to have beers afterwork or with friends. Indoor are its really cool as well with a good diversity of games. The service is very kind and we had a great experience!

Had a great night mostly due to the wonderful friendly staff that created a lovely atmosphere. The food is incredibly fresh and matches the atmosphere beautifully, an absolute must try if you're in the area staying!
